Linda New, Alicia M, the ultrasound tech (at the Lake Mary location) and Carmon R were wonderful. But the practice as a whole.. I will NEVER have a baby there again. During my OB care, I switched my care to Carmon when another nurse made me feel absolutely horrible for gaining weight during my pregnancy. I saw an OB at altamonte who saw me and sent me on my way in five minutes when I was there because they saw things wrong in my ultrasound and I was having a lot of anxiety since my birthing plan got switched to a required/scheduled c-section. My c-section was supposed to be on a Monday, received no Communication about it. But got a call Tuesday morning asking me if I had had my baby yet. (I told them obviously not) and then told me that they couldn't get me in on Monday. So now that it's Tuesday, they'd try for Wednesday. I was scheduled, and then cancelled within A couple of hours. To say I was upset was an understatement. I then had to call the surgical coordinator and had to leave a long message about needing to get scheduled asap (Since I was told by a specialist to not go past 39 weeks since my baby was showing signs of problems and at that point I was past 39 weeks). I was finally scheduled on a Thursday, with an OB from the hospital who I had never met. The hospital themselves were beyond confused when I showed up and didn't have an OB from the Practice. When I explained what happened, their response was "oh, we always have problems with that practice. We always recommend ANYWHERE else". So make the decision that's best for you, but that was the experience I had.

They don't do bloodwork in office, or even have partnerships with any local labs. You're given a blank order and pretty much told to find someone on your own. Same goes with any other standard medical testing like mammograms. "Here's your blank order. Now go call 1-800-mamograms or something because we don't actually have any partners that we send you to for mammograms." Communication is poor. I question whether the stuff I submitted for lab work every actually got sent anywhere, because I never got any results. For all I know, there is an open cut of my pee sitting in a broom closet somewhere. Who knows? While Dr. Enriquez is very kind and takes detailed notes, it's not very helpful when you can't actually get any of the treatment you need. They put the burden of managing stuff that's traditionally done by a medical office assistant on the patient instead. No thanks.

I received treatment with Dr. Frank Riggall. He was truly amazing, caring and compassionate. Transvaginal ultrasounds are horrible, but Dr. Riggall knew what he was looking for and they went by as quickly as possible. Eventually, I had surgery at Winnie Palmer. Everything went great. Dr. Riggall removed the fibroid, a cyst on my ovary and endometriosis that had spread throughout. I wish I could continue seeing him regularly, but he only takes infertility issues and abnormalities like the fibroid issue. I am glad I met him. I would highly recommend him. My previous doctor told me I would need a hysterectomy even though I didn't have children yet! Dr. Riggall was able to save my uterus and ovaries. See him if you have any issues. He is wonderful!

She asked me to call the office. Which again they won't answer. I asked for a supervisor or a manager someone to help me understand why I have a $50 due instead of $25. Instead of transferring me to someone puts me on hold without saying a word and then hanging up the phone after keeping me on hold for an additional 40 minutes. I will NOT recommend this place at all. I will be removing my account completely from this people. I left a voicemail waiting for a callback to make this payment. If I could give a 0 star I would.
