I've been to chiropractors and physical therapists for more than 2/3 of my life....but these guys are by far the best! You are not just a nameless patient to them...they remember the details about you and know you as a person. For me, some of my favorite things are the fact that Jig (the physical therapist) does manual manipulation for me. He takes the time to really get my neck feeling great again. On more than one occasion, he is given me what I like to call 'A Neck Orgasm". (Yes he is that good!) Dr. Stan is so sweet....to the point where he will even take extra time to go above and beyond and align my very curious 2 year old daughter...who wants to be just like Mommy! I have had a chronic pain (Tennis elbow) since the last 18-20 months that I was treating through my orthopedic who prescribed Meloxicam and Advil as needed. These medicines have long term issues impacting kidney and liver functions. A friend recommended Gopal Patel at COPT in Somerset and I started my PT under his guidance in mid September 2023. I am very happy to state that I have been cured over 95% and pain intensity is a thing of the past. Gopal is an excellent therapist who never looks at the clock and works tirelessly to treat the symptoms and ensure the patient gets relief from the first therapy itself. I call him a magician as he has been able to help me gain strength and now I am able to do all my chores with ease. Earlier even navigating the car steering was a problem but not any more. Michael is a excellent physical therapist and so kind and caring to all his patients. Michael worked with me to improve my balance and strength in my legs. As a Polio survivor I already had very weak muscles on my right side. My program consisted of leg marches, leg lifts and using the bars for balance. I do have to say I am very disappointed they just let go of Michelle the woman who worked at the front desk. My understanding is they let her go because they felt they didn't need her there anymore. Michelle was the reason I came to Trinity. (I am not sure they realize this). She went above and beyond for everyone. If you had questions, she was there to help you. Now no one is at the front desk, and everyone has to enter and check into a computer using a code sent to your phone. This isn't very user friendly, especially to the elderly. It becomes a disconnect for the patient and the rest of the facility. I think this was a big mistake and not sure I would go back.

This Place Is a Joke -- Avoid at All Costs I've never…read moreencountered a more unprofessional and money-hungry so-called "medical office" in my life. This place does not care about patients -- period. I dared to complain about their terrible service to their face, and their response? They blacklisted me. Told me the doctor wouldn't be available for three months because she was "in Florida opening a new office." What a joke -- I know for a fact she was still seeing clients. Just not me. They made it clear: complain, and you're out. Even more absurd, the doctor only does Zoom calls when she is in Florida, but still makes patients go into the office so staff can "host" the call while she benefits from "seeing" patients from both offices. Milking the system!!! Are you serious? You're either available for patients or you're not -- pick one. But don't insult people's intelligence. They also refuse to do any legwork regarding insurance coverage for medications like Ozempic, Wegovy, or Zepbound. You're on your own to figure that out -- which makes me wonder what, exactly, this office thinks its job is. It sure isn't patient care.
