I waited 50 more minutes since it was still rush hour. Never heard from anyone. Called the same number and no one answered. I had to leave my vehicle at the store overnight and take an Uber since another company said it would be an hour and a half, another company's phone number had a message statjng they weren't taking any calls, 3 others were already closed for the day so this was the last company that was close and open. I will NEVER deal with these A-Holes again.

The driver arrived within the timeframe given (about an hour, since the initial dispatch informed me they needed the truck that could go off road instead of the flatbed that was immediately available), hooked up the vehicle well and got us out quickly, then followed us to be sure we didn't get stuck again! The trail was fairly well packed other than the one place we got stuck, and if we had paid attention to the size of the puddle we could have gone around as others did and been fine.
