Instead of making any real effort to reach out or clarify the situation, they went straight to sending me a termination letter. This kind of cold, careless approach shows a total lack of respect or concern for patients. For a medical office, it's absolutely unacceptable. Instead, the physician coded the visit as a new patient visit. When I got the bill, I called their billing service, and she was very rude and wouldn't let me know how the visit was coded. I am the patient. Then I called several times to the office and no call back. After two bill they sent my husband to collections. which made no sense. Just because my husband is the primary card holder, I was the one with the visit. Also, I was supposed to have a follow up on one of their providers and I never receive a call. The office staff state a phone call was made, if so, then why I don't I have a voice mail.

My husband was so sick. He had lost around 40 + lbs due to a thyroid problem. He had a very large…read moregorder on his neck that needed to be removed. He was scheduled to have it removed when hurricane Milton came through. Our Dr. and the scheduled hospital were unable to reschedule the surgery. We were in a local hospital at the time because he was so weak. We needed help and had no where to turn. Our daughter lives in another state up north and found this clinic on the internet. She was amazed and what she read about the Dr.'s and the Clayman Thyroid Center. She found a phone number and told me to call them. I did! Dr. Clayman and his staff are angels from heaven. Immediately they made us confident that they could and would get us through this. Shortly after our first visit, surgery was scheduled. After the thyroid and the gorder was removed, my husband began to recover. No problems. It went better than we could have hoped. Thank God. I can't tell you how scared we were. How desperately we were tring to find help. I felt like I was going to loose my husband. But they made everything better. They also told me I would only be paying the initial fees prior to the evaluation (hospital and visit fees for scans) but then proceeded to bill me out of network for a radiology bill on top of that. This is also when two or three office staff speedily go through three bags of supplements and a three pack detox that you begin at home along with "loading". I had so very much reading to do at home, a log to make to keep track of everything. They don't show you how to do a shot or fill the syringe. They give you a booklet.
