It was a very large smear across the seat and the bowl. I thought it was probably paint or something and I left. Today it was still there so I took some paper and sprayed some bleach cleaner on it. Sure enough, it was blood. Not one single employee has bothered to clean that bathroom toilet in 3 weeks! That's disgusting and it's enough to make me go somewhere else. I'm not giving my business to a place like this that clearly doesn't give a shit about their customers.

I have thought long and hard before making this post. But I have finally come to the conclusion…read morethat something needs to be said, as this happened now a little over a month ago and I am still very upset. I spend close to $40 a week washing clothes. My bff and I go here to wash and she also spends close to $40 a week. We also bring my 23 yr old autistic son (who is more like 10 in his head) with us cause he's strong and can carry the baskets. He is the sweetest kid ever and gets in this life like no one I have ever seen. Now with that said I start the horrible part of the story. We go in there and before we even set a basket down we hear someone yelling at us. Mind you it is Sunday and the place is packed. She tells "Y'all stole a basket last week and I want it back!!" I look around cause I know we didn't. I have 3 white one and a black one. I look at her and she is dead eyeing my son. I get so pissed but I bite my tongue. The only reason is because my bff had lost her husband about a month before and didn't need this in her life. I told her no we didn't and tell her I have only the 3 white ones. She tells me then one is hers and I said no I just got them from Walmart. She then goes over to my bff and starts whispering in her ear and giving my son and myself this mean stare. My bff informs her that my son is autistic and that he is a kind sweet kid and that he didn't take it. I went to her and nicely told her I didn't have it. To this crazy, mean woman it didn't matter. We took it and that was it. I had to leave because I was about to do something that would put me in jail. The true store was yes my son touched the basket but myself and my bff told him it looks like ours but was not and to put it back. Which he did. The rest of the day he was so upset for just touching the basket that was not his he thought he would get into trouble. He kept apologizing the whole day. We kept telling him it was ok because he put it back. Then we go in the next week and this happened. I even went home and double checked that I only had my 3 baskets and that's all I had, 3 white ones. My son was upset for days after this. This lady could have come to us quickly and nicely and asked if we accidentally took a basket the weekend before. Instead she had to scream and embarrass myself and my bff, who is already going through so much. This is a small town and was totally uncalled for. For this reason I will NEVER step foot inside this place again. They will NEVER have my business or that of my friend. This woman should be fired immediately!! If I ever see her in public God give me the strength to walk the other way. To call my beautiful autistic child a thief in front of the everyone was uncalled for. Do NOT go here.

For example, I stopped by today right at closing time as the lady was locking up. She saw me pull up and unlocked the door so I could do my weekly exchange. My clothes are always starched and pressed the way I like them, the prices are affordable, and they have a quick turn around time.

The employee told me she would call me on Tuesday morning with information on my dresses never received the call. I called them around 12:30 on Tuesday and was told to wait 5 minutes and call back Well it is now 2:30 and all I get is a recording. I feel very agitated now because I feel like I'm getting the run around. All I want is to know where my dresses are and when I can pick them up.

They also give an estimated date it'll be done and they finished mine in less than 3 weeks! It is now our go to dry cleaner.
