We then decided to give them a second chance and decided to go again. We were greeted by Pierre, who profoundly apologized for what had happened on our first visit (even though he was not present that day). With his charisma, honesty and a good sense of humor, he won us over. He LISTENED to us and understood what we were looking for and he delivered! He is an amazing person with EXCELLENT customer service. There was nothing left to do but to go ahead and buy the SUV, everything went so smoothly, he even managed to get us a great deal. Because we are from Ottawa and we had to go back to pick up the SUV, he arranged to have us picked up at the airport and brought to the dealership. Due to the great experience with Pierre, I have decided to update my review from 1 star to a full 5 stars, you guys have a gem. We hope to do more business with Pierre in the future. Dealt with Evan and what a pleasure it was. The whole process from submission to an offer was super quick (no exaggeration here). Thanks to Andrew I realized that the car the dealership is trying to sell me was fixed in a way it will look good but it was only cosmetic. Andrew told me about EZ (or Izzy) which is also an APA approved dealership. I heard about this place also from a friend but they didnt have the car I wanted. EZ told me to come have a look and guess what I found another car that suited (requirements and price). I had the car checked by Andrew and he noted a few things, EZ right away said that he will fix it and he did without changing the price, he did all the repair and sold me an amazing car. I highly recommend this place.
