I agreed to a treatment for 3 times. They came and treated my lawn. When I received the invoice, I was signed up for over 10 treatment over a few months. I called to say this is not what I wanted. They salesperson said that the offer made over the phone by the first salesman was not something that they could even offer. They don't just do 3 or 4 treatments. I said this is not what I was told and would like to cancel. I was told it was cancelled. I paid for my one treatment and thiught it was done. Six months later, I get a call from someone from TruGreen saying he is at my house to test my lawn. What? He told me that he couldn't do anything about it. I had to call TruGreen. Wade through long automated options before speaking to a person. She heard my complaint and tried to upsale me and then offered a discount. I had to keep interrupting and beg to please just cancel. She finally said that is was cancelled for this year. I asked that it be cancelled permanently for this year and all coming years. She finally said it would be. What do you want to bet that they will show up again in 6 months. Do not ever inquire about service from Tru Green. They will harass you. Customer service is abysmal

The first thing I liked, was that they came onsite and walked my property with me and listened to my concerns and what was most important to me. No other service did that! All the others pulled up Google Map photos, got the acreage of the lot and sent me a quote. My yard needed help, so they first charged me for a "Clean Up" to get the yard, flower beds and hedges into their level of quality for them to be able to keep up. That clean up had an instant impact on the quality of my yard and I was instantly happy. It was worth the cost for sure. I scheduled bi-weekly service and after the first one had a few things that weren't as I had hoped, my yard's account manager, Deangelo came onsite that day and walked the property with me, and resolved my concerns immediately. Deangelo, is the type of person who keeps you a customer for life. Since Grazz Masters has been taking care of my lawn, I've only had to contact Deangelo twice (the second time being when their regular team lead was not present and a few things got missed). Once again, immediate call back, and they got it all fixed the next morning at 8AM. That's great customer service. I told Deangelo this morning and I'll tell all of you, they have been the best service I've ever had. As long as they continue to have customer service like this, they've got a customer for life. I highly recommend using them.

During the process, my cable line was cut, and they denied responsibility even though the timing and location made it clear it was likely their crew. The project was never completed as promised, and the overall workmanship was poor. Buyer beware -- I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
