This location has won numerous company awards for their operation. This is a highway gas stop. They serve the locals and people passing thru. I have used this ExxonMobil station location at least a dozen times in the last 1.5 years so it is…read morenot a completely foreign place to me. Today I found out my second major reason to not like this station and therefore rate it very low. The first reason is the cost of premium gas. I have noticed that it is always on the higher than average side when it comes to other locations. When gas prices are high, 4,3,2 or even 1 cents more per gallon matters to me. It is $4.10 here compared to $3.99 many other places. The second reason for not a good review is the lack of convenience in paying without using the app. If I use the app, it works great but no app and my credit card (Mastercard) becomes useless at the pump location and directs me inside. It does this because when the card is inserted it prompts me to use a pin as if this card is a debt card when it is NOT. It should do like everywhere else and ask the question if the software or technology can't read determine on its own. Thank God my app worked when I needed gas today. By the way, I paid thru the app with that same Mastercard. Fix the payment issue!

Doesn't even greet the customers. She has her picks and chooses to whom she gives good customer service to ,.. Audrey said from her own mouth " Jerry isn't going to do anything to me. I'll quit before I'm fired and iDon't plan on quitting. " so just so you know .. you're wasting time making a complaint . Audrey is extremely unprofessional and extremely toxic to anyone who doesn't bow down to her . She's quick to complain about being " too old to be doing something " but is still working .... At a gas station.. she's well known in the area but for all the wrong reasons ..if u have 20 people saying the same exact thing about u .., come on now .. everybody ain't lying ... I'm a transgender female and countless people have came in the store and called me derogatory names . Audrey has done nothing but told me to ignore them . She refuses to stop giving them service YET . When I'm talking about a road trip snack, I'm not talking about slim Jim's, day old burger, or chips. I'm talking crab legs, shrimp, crawfish pies, fresh fried juicy catfish! Boiled shrimp was cooked perfectly, wasn't overcooked swimming in that seasoning. They were frying shrimp and catfish when I walked in. $10 for a box of 5 catfish filets, and 10 jumbo shrimp, it was nice and crispy, needed a tad more seasoning, but great price! Catfish was big, and it was flaky juicy goodness. Giant Turkey wing for $2.49 so why not? Add that to my cart I wasn't a huge fan of it, but it wasn't bad.
