And while I hoped to have them be my go to place for all my future car trades and purchases, they are now the last place I will ever consider going to. And the same goes for all my family and friends including the ones (my dad) who also were customers of these guys...not anymore! Word of mouth goes a long way! My experience with Pembroke Chrysler right from the get go was terrible. From being pressured to make a deal, to winning a prize that I didnt receive until asking about it 7 different times, to having to request an oil change on the used car I bought because it was 2000kms past its time for a change (according to the sticker left on car) and it was not done before giving me the car. And then the kicker.....my trade in was not paid off till a month later after lies upon lies upon lies. I had payments coming out on 2 cars. I spent numerous hours on the phone getting the run around, spent 2 of my lunch hours from work sitting in the dealership bawling and crying only to be lied to some more and treated like absolute garbage. Finally after 3 trips to the dealership and demanding something be sorted out or I was going the legal route....my loan was paid. I had to sit on hold with the bank during my work hours to get this info as the dealership could not even be bothered to call me with an update. I have since sent 2 emails to the GM of the dealership in hopes of rectifying the situation and to ensure I left the whole deal with a smile on my face...as i should after signing a 40000 loan, and have yet to receive a response! The finance and business managers at Pembroke Chrysler are by far 2 of the best sales crooks I've ever encountered. As a single mom I put my trust into them and it's one of the biggest mistakes I could have made! I would encourage anyone looking to trade in or buy a vehicle to run far way from Pembroke Chrysler! You'd be better off to buy a car off Facebook Marketplace! x10!!

Basically because I was not there he was wasting their them. They were pretty adamant that I had to be there for the trade in (I am about 5 mins away). My husband wanted to get the deal etc and then get me. The sales associate basically said it would be 10-15000 for the trade in. My husband asked for something a bit more specific so he could tell me and I would come in. The sales associate went to his manager and said it's 10,000 my manager doesn't want to deal with this any longer. Basically eating his time. He was also told after that because he would be paying cash and not using financing there would be extra costs 2500$. My husband left pretty angry. I guess we will be taking our business and all future business elsewhere.

Bought a car there. First off you can't actually test drive, you have to sit in passenger seat…read morewhile they drive. After it passed safety, the clutch blew moved it maybe 20 feet. They put the clutch in and had to do other stuff for the safety it "passed" took a month. 2 weeks after finally getting the car clutch blew. 7 clutches in a year than I found out that the pins where the clutch lines up 3/4 are sheerwd off or bent. But you know money versus truth. Also everyone I know who dealt with them says they are shit. Buddy's car had a whole in a wheel, brother test drove a truck found a check engine light on, on a brand new truck. Went and bought the same truck at a different shop for less. Butler's where you can buy garbage at brand new prices. We guarantee it will break before leaving the lot.

I know it's a long read, but worth it if you're thinking of doing any business with them. I was in talks with Nina (sales) and Blair (finance) at Pembroke Nissan, looking to purchase a 2025 Nissan Kicks SV. When she gave me the bi-weekly payment, and I mutiplied by the number of payments, the final payout was almost double the price of the car. Sensing that something didn't add up, I started questionning her math. I was buying winter tires and rims with the car, they were going to charge me $1,799 for four 17" tires and steel rims. I priced them out at $1,000. I then requested a complete breakdown of the costs (I would have reviewed it before signing) before going any further. On the quote, there was an extended warranty that was added, that was never even discussed, at a cost of $4,399 There was also a theft insurance that was also never discussed and it's cost? $999 I have insurance. I don't need the sneaky add-on. They tried to sneak in an extra $5,398 without even mentionning it. Not once. When I said I didn't want either, their tone changed. They were clearly unhappy i caught them in the act. They quickly said they would revise the quote and call me back. Well, they never called me back. They never returned my messages. Nina never answered my calls. Oh, and I was paying the full price the car was advertised at. So basically, they tried pull a fast one on me, I caught them, they didn't appreciate that I did, the service took a nosedive. I called and asked for the sales manager. First couple of calls, surprise, he just left the building, he's on the phone. Finally, on my third call, who answers? My friend Blair. When I asked if he was ever going to call me back, he said he thought I backed out of the sale. I reminded him that he said he'd talk to his manager and call me back, so he switched his story to he had an interest rate inquiry to do and he just finished. Mind you, this is 3.5 hours later. He then said he'd get his GM for me. After being on hold for a bit Blair (not the GM) comes back on the phone and tells me someone put a deposit on the car. If that was true, wouldn't the finance guy know... Think about this. If they do this when you purchase the vehicle, what will it be if you go in for maintenance or need repairs. They will magically find problems, never convered by warranty, each and every time you go. All this to really say, if you're looking to be taken advantage of, Pembroke Nissan will be more than happy to do that for you They are the #1 DEALER IN SCAMS, the dealership of choice. But, if you're looking to make an honest purchase, get a fair deal, you really should STAY AWAY AT ALL COST. If you really want a Nissan, there are dealers in Ottawa and Gatineau that have much better business practices. It is a little further, but having peace of mind you're not getting screwed at the time of purchase, and down the road, is really worth the drive.

I was told the hourly rate was $105/hr. Ok, no problem, brought my car in, labor was exactly 1 hour but the bill shows I was charged $130/hr. I went back in to ask about this and was told that it's $130 when the customer supplies his own parts... I've been going to this place for years now but this is the last time. I hope it was worth it for them to make an extra $25 to lose a customer forever and to get a nice review written about them on yelp!
