You will fight them, be lied to, and have to fight to get any in your tank. I have been promised 4 different delivery times. I had to pay cash up front to get propane but we cannot get a refund in cash - it has to be put in and wait for them to send refund. Not a good practice. Today I have called Customer Care after being hung up on 5 times and they were trying not to talk to me. I finally told them they best not hang up because if they did Sheriff's Dept. would contact them tomorrow. Because to take my money and not deliver product is fraud. I have filed complaint with Better Business Bureau too. I still have not seen propane after waiting for the 5th promised day and ice coming in tonight. I was told it will be here tonight now only because I filed a complaint. So here is Customer Care No. if anyone else needs to call it: 1-800-427-4968.

The service was absolutely terrible! We some how got water in our tank and We broke down in the…read morefront and couldn't move. Lady came outside harassing us telling us we have to move and can't park there. Mind you it was 10:30 pm. Most mechanics are closed till the morning we said we would call someone in the morning. Only for her to call the cops and tell them we are parked there and not moving. When she saw me doing my best to fix the issue myself. Only when we stop our attempts at around 1 am and finally settle for bed the cop comes banging on our door at 4 am to tell us to move. When we told him we couldn't he would repeat himself for 5 minutes saying the same thing over again. Idk if this town is stuck on stupid or what. Never coming back this way again.
