What flavor even is the blue?! I'm a die-hard Mountain Dew drinker, been this way since 1969 and it's the one thing on this dying planet that makes me happy and I keep being disappointed when I see this location doesn't carry it like advertised. The pre-made chicken sandwich is great though. I also really enjoy the jumbo pickle in a bag.

It a tiny airport, but I like that compared to the hustle and bustle or the larger airports. There were 2 rental car agents. They were super friendly, but I truly didn't care because I just wanted to get home. I had already reserved online. She charged my card for the reservation fee & handed me the key. I went to the lot and got in and was on my way. It was dirty inside & definitely wasn't thoroughly cleaned before I got it. I was able to get home in a few hours after dropping it off at RDU. That was the most important part for me. I recommend them.

Then customer service tried to to say the car wasn't there because we we're late, after I told them I called customer service to let them know we'd be late and I had 24 hours to pick up my car ,miraculously they found keys to a car, but then the desk attendants we're insisting I needed to give them information about my personal car insurance. I declined to give them that information and had already paid for insurance on the car, during the rental process. That was Not really the worst thing, the worst thing was the car looked like it had blood all over the inside of the car, by the driver side and some other white creamy "substance", which we don't know what it was all over the windshield, the car was so dirty, had pet hair all over it, dings, dents and scratches all over the outside of the car. Looks like that poor car went through hell before we got it. Called a few times to customer service but didn't get anywhere so we had to keep the car or have no car which is impossible where we were going. When we were leaving We didn't get any trouble from their customer service desk representative we turned in the the car & keys, but two hours later after we had landed home, I noticed when we were driving home, customer service tried to charge my credit card $400 extra for nothing, I had already prepaid for the car told customer service it was against the law. They finally took it off my bill within a few days. They have the rudest desk customer service attendants at the airport desk at Wilmington Airport Budget. We had a beautiful experience with budget Rent-A-Car in Knoxville Tennessee, but in Wilmington NC at the airport, it was not the same experience. If you listen to anything don't rent from here. You'll regret it. If I could give them a zero, I would.

I haven't had anything to drink and just came for some white claws (of all things) on a Sunday night. I've been a bartender for 10 years. I card people and cut them off for a living! This was the first time I've ever been "cut off" in my life. And with zero alcohol in my system. I will NEVER come back here. For gas or otherwise. I'm both mortified and furious. I still saw people there so I was a little confused, I proceeded to ask him what do you mean its closed, he twisted his face up and then was rude as hell and said its 11'oclock. I didnt see any hours posted so I laughed and got in my car and left, they probably wont ever get my business again and I'll tell people who I know not to patronize it. If it was really closed then I can understand, but it's a way you talk to people.
