I was very nervous about this, after many calls to his office, my questions were answered his staff was so wonderful. They even did all the insurance paperwork for me. The procedure was about an hour long. I've had no complications and minimal swelling. He is even so kind as to make sure my retainer is fitting properly and comfortable throughout the healing. My son had his four wisdom teeth removed a few years ago without any complications as well. I recommend Dr. Orr 100% he is wonderful!!!

When I returned the same day with bleeding complications, Dr. Thurgood applied sutures WITHOUT any local anesthetic and WITHOUT warning me this would be painful. The experience was traumatic - I had severe pain and difficulty breathing during the procedure. Beyond this incident: Minimal pre-operative counseling about what to expect or watch for No information provided about common complications like dry socket (which I developed) Poor availability for post-operative support when complications arose I ultimately needed care from another oral surgeon, Dr. Michael Bingham, whose professionalism and clear communication showed me what proper care looks like. Patients deserve informed consent, appropriate pain management, and accessible follow-up care. I did not receive these basic standards. The lack of communication and transparency made a routine procedure unnecessarily difficult and traumatic. I share this to help others make informed decisions about their care.

Another patient mentioned that she thought it was filthy as well. With four people working behind the front desk, one would think that there would be attention to detail and front office cleanliness. It was overreaching for the receptionist to request my personal medical insurance information, which is not used for routine dental cleanings. When I took a few extra seconds to use a tissue to hold the electronic pen for a signature, I told her I just wanted to make sure that I did not pick up someone else's germs. She stated "we wipe it off every morning ", whereas she should've said "it is cleaned between EACH patient". When I call to try and figure out where someone is, I'm told "this location is closed on Saturday" even though there's a big fucking sign on the window that says "open evenings and weekends" A girl that answered the phone was also incredibly rude for zero reason and told me "I requested an appointment" not that I actually made one. Even though they advertised being open and having appointments available online. Whoever manages this location should really consider what message they're sending their patients if they're not even going to be open when they are advertising. In addition, some training for your professional staff might be a good idea. And finally, lock your fucking doors if you're not open.

I had been experiencing some blinding pain and scheduled an appointment for a dentist to look over my teeth and help identify the cause - this insurance coordinator booked me 10 days out full well knowing and approving me paying out of pocket. Less than a day before my appointment, she called and left me a voicemail simply stating they would not be able to see me tomorrow or ever. When I called back to inquire, the receptionist and insurance coordinator became agitated and defensive going so far as to raise her voice over the phone with phrases such as "are you serious?" and "I don't know what to tell you". I did not once raise my voice or speak disrespectfully to the staff. Shame I never got to interact with the dentists or hygienists as they come highly recommended. Would not recommend this dental office to anybody due to the unaccommodating nature and overall lack of ethicality handling a situation with an individual experiencing extreme distress due to dental related pain.

The doctor came in and he considered all of my concerns after checking my medical history. He did a cancer screening and checked my gums in addition to evaluating my xrays. I never felt rushed, yet I did see their concern for my dental care. The dental hygienist, Jamie was super gentle. My husband, daughters, their family members all go to this office. I highly recommend this office. A big thanks to the staff for making me feel comfortable at a dentist office!
