do not use Murphy. They do not have qualified service technicians. They do not return calls. They can't fix anything, they simply remove a module and replace the whole module. Example: $10 part and 5 minutes could have fixed my ice maker. Service Tech ordered new ice maker for $300. Oh it still did not work. I purchased part at Home Depot and fixed the ice maker in 10 minutes. They should stick to selling appliances. read more

Jerry was our serviceperson and he was great. They came, ordered the part, and installed it the day it arrived. Jerry even showed up at 8:00 pm after a full day to make sure we got a working fridge as soon as possible! I will certainly use them again! read more
