I called the night before to confirm the time of arrival. We just moved and our old townhouse needed to have the carpets cleaned per our rental agreement. James (the owner) said a technician would be there between 8 and 9. I waited patiently and when no one arrived by 9:15, I called to see where they were (sitting in a completely empty house isn't that much fun). James said the technician was 15-20 minutes away. I continued waiting because I needed my carpets cleaned to fulfill my rental obligation. I had two contractors coming to my new house at 10 AM so when no one arrived by 9:45 (45 minutes passed our appointment window). At 10 AM I called AGAIN (notice how they never once called me) and they said he was on his way and would be there in 15 minutes. I told him the door was unlocked and to go in and get started as I needed to work with people at my new house who were actually on time. When I was finally able to break free from the people at 10:30 I arrived to a note on the door saying "I waited for 20 minutes" which was completely impossible considering he was 15 minutes away at 10 AM. I called James again and he said he tried to call me (complete lie as I didn't have a single missed call or voicemail) and the technician couldn't enter the house without someone there. I asked him when they could get back out here because I needed the carpets cleaned in order to get my security deposit back and he said "I personally will come out tomorrow morning, 8 AM sharp." So this morning I went to the house, arrived at 7:55 because I thought, surely he will be punctual. James (the owner) was a no show. I called his phone three times, left a voicemail and never received a response. I called another carpet cleaner and THANKFULLY they were able to get here before my keys needed to be turned in this afternoon. The funniest part is, I just received a phone call from James saying "I'll be there in 30 minutes", what a joke.

He was polite and also didn't find any issues, and that the issue I had was not worth service and that I could do it by myself.
