I reached out to a couple estate lawyers within our area and Jason messaged me almost immediately. He was super helpful and really took the time to explain to me what would be the best plan for my husband and me. He also didn't put any pressure on us to hire him, but we liked him anyway and we set up our estate trust with him. His pricing is fair and while it might be "cheaper" to do your will online, I like that we can still email him for advice at no cost. The only time we'd ever need to pay again is if we decide to change anything in our will...which who knows, we could do that but our plans are pretty solid as they are right now. I realize it's not easy talking about death and assets, but it's important to give your loved ones directions on what to do after you pass and let them know what they're entitled to. The last thing you want to do is burden them with probate. With that said Jason made everything super easy and light for us and we definitely recommend him!

Josh Price is the attorney you want when the stakes are real…read more He came highly recommended to me, and another attorney told me, in substance, that if he were ever in serious trouble himself, Josh is the guy he would hire. After going through an extremely difficult case with Josh, I understand why. What impressed me most was that Josh was never passive. He was strategic, proactive, and constantly thinking several steps ahead. At one point, the prosecution was considering filing another case as a felony. Josh did not simply wait to see what happened. He developed different approaches, gathered mitigation, treatment updates, employment information, and evidence about how a felony could affect my professional future, and personally arranged an in-person meeting with the Chief DA and staff. That meeting says a lot about Josh. He spent roughly 30 minutes personally making the case for a misdemeanor resolution. He later told me the initial reaction was essentially a hard no, but by the end of the meeting the Chief DA had softened and agreed to review the mitigation package and give the proposal further consideration. Josh knew who he needed to speak with, knew how to present the argument, and knew when to push and when not to overplay his hand. He also understood that my situation involved much more than what happened in court. I work in a regulated industry, and the potential impact on my career and professional licensing was very real. Josh took the time to understand that. He asked me for documentation showing the employment consequences and used that information as part of his advocacy. He was not just trying to resolve a criminal case; he was trying to protect my future. Josh was also exceptionally candid with me. He never sugarcoated anything or told me what I wanted to hear. I was dealing with a serious alcohol problem, and he was personable enough to treat me like a human being while still being direct when I needed it. If I was screwing up, he told me. When I was doing the work, staying sober, completing treatment, meetings, monitoring, and other requirements, he encouraged me and cheered me on. That balance mattered. Josh made it very clear that he would fight for me, but that I had responsibilities too. He told me to focus on recovery and showing that this would not happen again while he focused on building the legal strategy. When I reached important milestones, including sustained sobriety and clean monitoring, he and his office were genuinely happy for me. I never felt like I was just a file number. His knowledge of the system was also exceptional. He understood not only the courtroom side, but the practical details involving SCRAM, treatment programs, DMV issues, probation, court requirements, employment disclosures, and the costs that come with all of it. He was not the kind of attorney who simply handed me a phone number and told me to figure it out. He knew how the system actually worked, where unnecessary costs could sometimes be avoided, and what mattered versus what was just noise. There were also moments where things became very urgent. When I was facing a bail issue that could have resulted in me being taken into custody, Josh and his staff worked tirelessly, including working through the night on a bail motion. When additional bail ultimately became unavoidable, he still helped connect me with a bondsman at a much better rate than what I had otherwise been seeing. That kind of attention to the practical details made a huge difference during an incredibly stressful time. Josh was also very responsive. When something changed, he told me where things stood, what he was doing, what the risks were, and what I needed to do next. If something required more thought, he was comfortable saying he needed time to look into it rather than giving me a quick answer just to get me off the phone or out of his inbox. I appreciated that honesty. Amanda was excellent as well. She was organized, responsive, flexible, and helped keep track of treatment updates, deadlines, documents, retainers, and all the administrative details that would have been easy to miss while everything else was going on. From the beginning, she helped make a very overwhelming process easier to manage. Ultimately, despite how serious the situation was, my cases remained misdemeanors. Given what I was facing, that outcome meant an enormous amount to me. Josh is experienced, strategic, candid, personable, and relentless when it matters. He understands the law, the people, the personalities, and the practical realities of the DUI system. He knows when to push, when to pull back, and how to put his client in the strongest possible position. I would recommend Joshua Price without hesitation to anyone facing a serious DUI matter. Hiring him was one of the best decisions I made during one of the worst periods of my life.

My husband had actually served as a juror on one of Mr. Price's court cases and we had referred friends to him in the past, but now were in need ourselves. Mr. Price also came highly recommended by a friend in the same field who is a former prosecutor and said Mr. Price is the best in the business and the one he would use. Mr. Price is a bulldog who fights for his clients. I was facing some pretty serious charges and he treated me with kindness and grace and said this is why he does this work; that sometimes bad things happen to good people. Through multiple court appearances and lots of hard work on my behalf, Mr. Price was able to get two felony charges reduced to misdemeanors before a preliminary hearing. Mr. Price's professionalism and genuine care for me, his client, was evident throughout this very long and stressful process. I hope you never find yourself in the position to need his services, but if you do, there is no one better than Joshua Price.
