Neill is one of the few lawyers that offers a flat rate for his services. I utilized him three times... Unfortunately on all three occasions he was really late with getting everything done. Visiting his office, I can only guess that he's overworked. I actually had to find another lawyer to represent me in the last matter because I did not feel confident that I would get the outcome I wanted. If you have some document preparation I would consider using him, but you have to really get on him to finish it in a timely manner. So disappointing and frustrating--When asked why he's taken 3 months to file he responds, 'I don't know...(long pause while he gathers his thoughts).......,,My mistake'. When I ask him what my recourse is, he then suggests that I can represent myself. I paid him to know, I paid him to do his job, and in a timely manner. I never said, 'Here's a check for 700 dollars, but wait to cash it for 3 months.' I should have known the day I met him--He's insufferably ineffectual and a worse communicator, I've never met. Did he have a breakdown in January that caused him to lose time--Did he travel the world on a cruise for 3 months--Did he meander through the Appalachian trail?
