As a result, she screams at parents at the top of her lungs and dictates medical decisions that should be made only by doctors. There used to be true caring for patients and families but that is completely gone. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. There is great medical care available in this valley, you do not have to put up with this and your child deserves better.

My family has gone to this office from elementary years through high school and we have been happy with the care here at every age. We love their informative Instagram account (see pics attached)! We have seen pediatricians as well as the licensed clinical social workers and have always felt there was a success outcome/resolution from each visit. We especially love Dr. Memmott but we highly recommend everyone at this well-run practice. The nurses, and office staff are always happy and helpful. He was so kind and gent and approachable. He even have great parenting tips. We had another grandchild who needed help over the weekend. He was out of town but his NP MaryKate was right on top of it. She was very helpful and kept in touch until the issue was resolved. Take it from a former NICU nurse. This is where I would have taken my children.

They have always had an opening that day for sick appointments and we've never waited in the waiting room for more than 2 minutes before being called back, yes seriously! Dr. McElligott received her Medical degree from Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland, Oregon and completed her pediatric residency and her adolescent medicine fellowship training at the University of Utah. She was the Director of the Teen Mother and Child Program from 1987 to 2008 which provided comprehensive health care for at risk pregnant and parenting adolescents and their children. She provided medical care and support to thousands of young families along the Wasatch front. Dr. McElligott served as the Medical Director for Salt Lake County Youth Corrections providing care at the Salt Lake Valley Detention, Wasatch Youth, Genesis Youth, Decker Lake Youth, and Observation and Assessment Center from 1985-2009. She served on the Board of Directors for DDI Vantage (an early intervention program for disabled children) and the SIDS foundation Board.
