As a result, she screams at parents at the top of her lungs and dictates medical decisions that should be made only by doctors. My family has gone to this office from elementary years through high school and we have been happy with the care here at every age. We love their informative Instagram account (see pics attached)! We have seen pediatricians as well as the licensed clinical social workers and have always felt there was a success outcome/resolution from each visit. We especially love Dr. Memmott but we highly recommend everyone at this well-run practice. The nurses, and office staff are always happy and helpful. Dr. McElligott received her Medical degree from Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland, Oregon and completed her pediatric residency and her adolescent medicine fellowship training at the University of Utah. She was the Director of the Teen Mother and Child Program from 1987 to 2008 which provided comprehensive health care for at risk pregnant and parenting adolescents and their children. She provided medical care and support to thousands of young families along the Wasatch front. Dr. McElligott served as the Medical Director for Salt Lake County Youth Corrections providing care at the Salt Lake Valley Detention, Wasatch Youth, Genesis Youth, Decker Lake Youth, and Observation and Assessment Center from 1985-2009. She served on the Board of Directors for DDI Vantage (an early intervention program for disabled children) and the SIDS foundation Board. Dr. McElligott enjoys teaching and loves to share her knowledge with others. She is very dedicated and often goes the extra mile to help others. Their websites don't work they pixelate, they say my phone number is not valid, after all I've had the phone number for years why would it be valid?. You call and leave messages and no one returns your call and that is only if you can reach a person or a phone to leave a message. When you do call the billing office they start up by saying you have to wait 15 minutes several minutes later the wait time is 17 minutes a few minutes after that the wait time is 20 minutes the longer you wait the more your wait time increases. You see the only people whose time is important is theirs. They could care less about their patients. The actual doctors are great. But you can't reach them when you need them they make it impossible for you to talk to a human.

Then the new doc left. I had to find a doc accepting new patients. They couldn't schedule me to see a doc for 7 months. But they told me they would still fill my rx until I had my appointment. No problem. Then they came out with a new policy that I have to be an established patient and they could not fill my rx for 7 months. Now, I have to go explain myself and why I need my rx to Instacare or Connect Care. Horrible service IHC and Alta View! Given the rate they go through physicians and their stupid policies. They are horribly mis-managed. On to finding a new doc and place that gives a sh!t about their patients. Obviously they don't.
