Easy. :) While working on the oil change, the mechanic called me from Monro to let me know that I had 2 bald tires and a bad tie rod. He mentioned that the other tie rod should probably be replaced as well. He gave me quotes of $211.99 per tire and $132.24 per tie rod before labor costs. I declined the service since I would be seeing my usual mechanic. Well today, while my usual mechanic was replacing my tires, he let me know that my tie rods were not bad. I will NEVER step foot into this business again. We are done. It is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING that this business attempted to take money for a service that was not necessary. Sirs, you do not know how people are affording to eat in this economy. SHAME on you!

I picked cataldos specifically cause such a big company should be able to do this with ease and it look new. I was able to get in fast also which was a huge plus. Well when I picked up my car I could tell the bumper was off color. I had two separate garages look at the job and agreed that it's not a good paint job and that the color is off but also where they taped off the bumper it's clearly showing and almost peeling off. So I decided I should call and have them check out the bumper and see what they can do. The manager looked at the bumper and instantly blamed it on being plastic. I also showed him where the bumper was peeling. He told me that this was a good job and nothing can be done to help me. I'm really surprised that he was not willing to help me in any kind of way. After the manager was no help at getting the situation fixed I tried calling to get the owner but was unable to get him to take my call. I did get another manager to take a call and was told basically the same thing but was also blamed for the paint peeling saying I was the one picking at the paint. It's clearly from the tape but I was blamed anyways for their mistake. This was a simple bumper respray that they didn't match and didn't want to fix. Imagine what horror stories are out there of full repairs that they totally messed up. I now have to pay four and a half years on a car with a mismatched bumper. Future customers beware cause this company does not care about you.

Yep, the death trap was returned to WFA lender because my insurance company would not insurance. My credit has been hit with huge collection Way to go DuBois Delaney. "ONE AND DONE" that's the DuBois way.

I purchased a Grand Highlander in July 2023 and received one key FOB for the vehicle. When asked…read moreabout the second key, I was told it was backordered because of the shortage, and I was told I would have one in about 3 months. After multiple phone calls to Delaney Toyota and phone calls to Toyota Corporate offices, I finally received my second key FOB from a different Toyota Dealership 11 months later because this was recommended by the Corporate Office. (Thank you Allegheny Toyota). Not only did Delaney not provide the second key FOB, but they did not assist in the efforts to obtain it. Their customer service and follow up after purchasing the vehicle is unresponsive and uncooperative. Delaney may sell you a vehicle, but that is where their service ends. As a dealer, they should have initiated and maintained contact regarding the status of the second key. I have given Delaney a 1, but that is only because I cannot give a 0.
