Easy. :) While working on the oil change, the mechanic called me from Monro to let me know that I had 2 bald tires and a bad tie rod. He mentioned that the other tie rod should probably be replaced as well. He gave me quotes of $211.99 per tire and $132.24 per tie rod before labor costs. I declined the service since I would be seeing my usual mechanic. Well today, while my usual mechanic was replacing my tires, he let me know that my tie rods were not bad. I will NEVER step foot into this business again. We are done. It is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING that this business attempted to take money for a service that was not necessary.
