I don't understand these other yelp reviews because it's totally off from what is the truth. If you have healthy kids, they ( primary care ) usually eats up the cost of whatever's left. They are great business and Jennifer is one of the most informative dentist that I have ever met. She's very caring and professional and all of my children see her and we are low income and they never make us feel like it's about the money in fact, they make us feel like it's more about the kids oral health than anything. I can definitely assure you that this is one of the most incredible places that you can take your children to ensure that they have healthy teeth.

Do not take your child here! They are just about getting your $$. They totally pressure you and…read moremake you feel Iike a horrible parent if you don't opt for dental x-rays for your toddler. When there are no issues and x-rays are known to cause cancer, and you're not comfortable exposing your toddler to them at such a young age when they're not yet necessary, the response to the parent shouldn't be "it's just like being out in the sun for 2 hours". If that's the case then the technician should have a great tan at end of her day in the office. And charging patients a PPE fee? For every visit? Increased costs due to upgraded PPE is not the responsibility of the patients to pay. Other dental offices don't charge this, and the college of Denturists of B.C. said it's an optional charge....but the office manager here will tell you it's needed so they can remain open. WTF? It's an OPTIONAL charge, other dentists aren't charging it and they remained open during Covid but this business wouldn't survive without charging every patient an extra $10 per visit? Ridiculous. It's a tax write off for the business, and nothing but a cash grab. Take your child somewhere where they actually care about their patients and aren't just trying to take your $$.

Look at this very disrespectful Facebook message I received from your staff today. A customer…read moreshould never be spoken to in such a disrespectful tone, especially when I did not do anything wrong or made any rude comment or treat someone badly. I just made a simple inquiry with a receptionist last Friday evening and I felt she was not able to help me. So I asked to speak with a manager or owner on Friday evening via Facebook. Nobody contacted me until 11.49am today when your regional manager called me and answered my query and the issue was resolved. Everything is supposed to be fine after that! Then what is the purpose of your staff sending me this message in Facebook at 3.58PM later today: " Stann... I told you I was on holiay until the 24th. No other manager or owner is going to call you. If you need an appointment call the office. If you need to sell me something, don't count on it, you've already annoyed me." I cannot believe you will speak to a client in this tone? First of all, you never told me you will be on holiday until Feb 24th? I think you misunderstood me for someone else. And your regional manager already called me today at 11.49AM and spoke to me and the issue is already resolved. So what is the purpose of you sending this disrespectful message to a client and insulting me by saying "you've already annoyed me". I am in total disbelief! Great service, Clayton Dental Center!

I was recommended to Clayton Dental Centre and they were able to see me the same day! From the minute, I walked in.... work being done today and setting up my next appointment - 10/10 in the client care department. They explained everything from what x-rays were being taken, and what future work will take place to solve my problem. One of the reasons for the long delay between dental visits......a fear of being hurt and having pain with an past experience (out of town, many years ago). I was so relaxed this afternoon and so glad I saw Dr. Mangat and Staff today.

After showing interest, he did a few measurements and said I would be an excellent candidate for Invisalign and to book the first appointment to start the process with the receptionist. I paid $650 for this first appointment and was told it would take about a month to come back with my Invisalign treatment plan. I returned to the office excited to see how my smile would improve but I received very discouraging news. Dr Maleki never submitted my file to Invisalign, instead he consulted with a friend of his that is his mentor for Invisalign. He stated that I would not be a candidate for Invisalign and that I would require jaw surgery and braces in order to fix my bite and straighten my teeth. Since he was unable to help me, he said he would refer me to a orthodontist he knows very well, it's been over 7 months now and I still have not received a phone call from this orthodontist. A month after this terrible news and not hearing from Dr Maleki's orthodontist referral, I decided to look for my own orthodontist. I paid a $100 consultation fee that would go towards my treatment plan and was told I am in fact a candidate for Invisalign. My orthodontist was shocked to hear that I had been recommended to get jaw surgery as my bite can easily be fixed with elastics. I am now 5 months into my Invisalign journey and already see results! My orthodontist explained that the $650 fee should only be collected if my file has been submitted to Invisalign and a treatment plan has been created. My orthodontist office called Dr Maleki directly to request a refund but they refused to refund me. I highly recommend going elsewhere for Invisalign. I believe this dental office does not have the proper education or experience to treat people with Invisalign. I'm so thankful I got a second opinion.
