They are quite ahead of their time with various treatments as well, which makes you feel like they really are experts in their field. I feel it's time I talked about bikini waxing. Here, it's quite an art form. They even have a little chart that you can look at to see what you want, and all styles have names. I suppose some haircuts have names (the 'bob', the 'pageboy, the 'Rachel') so why not hair in, ahem, other places? They also have Peron Rigot Comfort Hot Wax, which reduces the pain of normal wax. As well as the available sunbeds, they have a few packages available which allow you to pay for a set of treatments; such as full body waxing (perfect if you're going on holiday) at a reduced rate which saves you lots of money whilst you relax and are made beautiful. They sell a lot of the beauty products that they use to do some of the treatments so if you find something that you like it's definitely worth asking if they have them in stock and available to buy.

Even though I rang at half five on a Friday night to book an appointment, Beena fit me in immediately and I ran straight over. Located within TipTop Photography on the corner of Warstone Lane and Spencer Street, you ascend up a non-descript staircase and into Beena's neutrally designed studio. Beena was incredibly welcoming and the addition of Radio 2 in the background made me feel very relaxed. She asked me what my normal routine was for my eyebrows, and considering I don't normally do anything, this bit of the conversation was rather short! Beena then talked me through what she was going to do and then began to tweeze and thread. I'd not really had threading done before, so it took a bit of getting used to, but I managed it! The whole process took about ten minutes and afterwards I was thoroughly impressed, I have two eyebrows and they are perfectly shaped! I can't thank Vicky enough for this recommendation and considering Beena is located less than 2 minutes from my house, I'll be back!

I went to get gel nail polish and I have to say was shocked by the uncleanliness of the nail stations, drying machines etc. I think the job was a rushed one which explains why it didn't last very long. I probably won't wind up there again and CERTAINLY won't be popping upstairs for a 'breast lift', 'face lift' or 'femi-tightening' (?!) which they advertised on the walls.

I…read morehad a voucher for £10 off too so it only cost £25 for a 90 minute treatment (1 hr facial & 30 mins extraction). I managed to boom an appointment for a Saturday am with only 2 days notice, booked via email. I received clear instructions on how to find the venue. Crystal was welcoming & knowledgeable and really seemed to care about me, my skin and my health - giving me lots of top tips. I was talked through the whole facial process and felt relaxed. My skin was double cleansed, steamed, exfoliates then the extraction fun started on my black heads Crystal is an expert and thorough - it hurt but not too much! Then a facial oil was applied and I had a neck and shoulder massage - so lovely! A mask was applied & I was left to relax until Crystal returned to give me a scalp massage. The treatment ended with eye gel and moisturiser being applied. I received after care by email and I thoroughly intend to return for all my future beauty needs!
