The shop is not huge but it is extremely well kept inside and they have everything needed to make your beauty treatment seem like a little luxurious treat. They obviously do a lot of nails as there was a large choice of varnish colours to pick from. The lady that did both of our pedicures did a brilliant job. We went in with not great looking feet to be honest (more my Mom than me!) and came out with twinkle toes. They have a great knack of ensuring the varnish will withstand anything and lasts a long time. Wonderfully, our feet looked just as great at the end of our break away as they did on the plane out. All for £16 each which we thought was a real bargain. They also provide facials, waxing, tanning, massages and treatments for men.

I've booked in to go again next month. The massage room was very warm (unlike others I've been to) which was very welcome. What's good: loads of deals, check facebook, groupon and other places. Considerations: there's only one hairdresser, so appointments are essential.

She was told she would be phoned back by the specialist on 4/2/19 to book in the appointment. No call was received and the phones were already off when she tried calling at 6.45/50pm on 4/2/19. She was finally able to get through on 5/2/19 (today) - still hadn't received a call back, forgotten about, and the lady that was supposed to do the Cal Gel appointments answered. She was very abrupt saying that there was no appointments and she wasn't working that day. Rather than trying to resolve the issue she was patronising and obnoxious to the point where my partner felt upset and was hung up on after calling her rude. I myself then phoned back to try and resolve the issue and the lady explained that she was off because she had only just found out on the day that her Mum was extremely ill and had to go to London that day. (Sorry to seem cynical, but it seems strange to me that she was suddenly ill and the lady could only travel to see her the following Monday, rather than driving down immediately). She was getting increasingly aggressive and did not provide any solution to the problem other than 'the vouchers lasts 4 months' which unfortunately wasn't helpful in the slightest as we travel to New York next week (the whole point of the appointment). The lady was unable to grasp that my partner had rang in advance before buying the voucher to check that there was appointments available in over a week's time! We are taking it up with Groupon to try and reclaim the money but I would advise that anyone who is looking forward to having their nails done avoids this place like the plague after our experience dealing with them. We are reasonable people and would have tried to come up with a solution - the least that could have been done is offered a refund in my opinion, however after the lady shouted at me, wouldn't let me finish my sentence and hung up the phone, I have taken to Google amongst other platforms to leave a review at this frankly appalling customer service that we have received. To add insult to injury, there wasn't the option to give them a 0 star rating, so an extremely generous 1 star will have to suffice. Disgusting.

I assumed the treatment rooms would be quite small however i was pleasantly surprised to find that they were a very decent size! My therapist Hannah, was lovely and immediately made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I had a back neck and shoulder massage, which was amazing, i could really feel the difference....it did get quite painful at one point as i had ALOT of knots in my shoulders but she got them all out and my back felt so much looser afterwards, so she did a brilliant job! Next i had a facial which made my skin feel really fresh and soft and. I was very impressed that Hannah was very knowledgeable, i assumed i had a few whiteheads on my face, she told me straight away its Milia and its very common and how to get rid of them. Lastly i had a manicure and polish, they use OPI polish and there was a good selection of colors available, so its almost been a week now and only minor chips on the tips of a few nails. Hannah told me to take my car keys out before she put the polish on, after the polish was applied she passed me my keys and put my bag on my shoulder for me so that my nails wouldn't get ruined, which was very sweet of her. All in all it was a fabulous experience, and I've found my new local masseuse. Can't find any fault, or negative things to say , so five stars it is!

She is chatty and friendly and good at what she does. My only niggle was that the room was quite cold... and when you're having to remove layers of clothes and lie on a bed with just a blanket over, raising the room temperature is a must! The heater in the room didn't cut the mustard unfortunately. Still, I pointed this out and was compensated with extra blankets which took the bite off, but the building and the sub-zero temperatures outside was the main cause of the problem. Happy to recommend this place to others in the area and, like the other reviewer said, you have to go into the tanning place and up the stairs to get to this. But call to make an appointment and the rest is a breeze.
