There was a roller that came unscrewed. Now, this still wasn't an easy task. Chip did a great job of troubleshooting all of our 4 slides and ended up replacing 4 rollers. The shop also identified a problem with the generator mounts, just by walking by while the generator was running. Charles did a great job on that repair.

They welcomed us with that famous southern charm and made us feel at home, knowing that the repair would take the entire day.
