If I could give this establishment 0 stars, I would. I got…read more6 laser hair removal treatments and I saw NO difference. I also did not feel the treatment. It felt like nothing was being done. In two of these sessions, the technician said she would use an attachment or different tool to target finer hairs and in both instances she said she couldn't get it to start or that the machine was too hot and needed to cool down. Then, she proceeded to tell me we would try next time and that didn't happen. I tried a new place in Houston and one treatment alone felt effective and made a difference. It was painful, but worth the money (and it was cheaper and more professional than K bella Ray). I feel ripped off. I reached out to K bella Ray via email and on the phone and they didn't reply to the email and on the phone said they were going to email me back soon. It has been two weeks. I filed a claim with my bank to dispute the transactions. I don't recommend this place at all. The technicians and front desk lady are nice and respectful, but that doesn't get the job done or worth the business. Update: I never heard back from the business after calling and emailing over 13 times! They only replied once with my patient chart and just copied and pasted a link for the radioactive health code without addressing my complaints. That was not helpful and rude. This establishment does not care about their customers or customer service. I reported this establishment to the better business bureau and am waiting to hear back. I was willing to compromise and accept a refund for two of the treatments since those were time times they promised they would use a new attachment to better target my needs as a client. I looked over my patient chart and I noticed they crossed out the name of the equipment with another one that I was not aware they were going to use on me. I also noticed they falsified the notes/comments for each procedure saying we saw results and that it was too hot and left burn marks on me. Very unprofessional.
