I'd never had this particular therapy before and when I agreed to it I mistakenly assumed it meant *massage* focused on the area at the base of the skull. Instead, what I received was extremely light touch at varying areas of my body. By light touch, I mean I sometimes literally couldn't feel any touch at all. Puzzling, to say the least. There are quite a few glowing reviews for this office and that sort of therapy so perhaps I'm an outlier and others really are benefitting. That said, I won't try craniosacral again and in future I'll be sure to do more thorough research online before trying unfamiliar therapy.
