The customer that had it basically stole it and wasn't answering U-Hauls calls. That rep referred us to another dealer and we got there , that truck wasn't available either. They took our info and would call. In the meantime, I decided to search any other dealer and found Jerry's. He informed me that nothing was available until 2 pm. He took my info and less than an hour later I received a call that a 26 foot truck was available which is what we needed. Yes, I did arrive in store as soon as they opened early in the morning but I was the only one in the store. I guess they needed time for the coffee to kick in. The worker in the warehouse I had to pickup the lumber from was very professional. He was eager to pick out lumber that was straight and help me load my truck. Kudos to the clean organized store, but you will pay more money with mediocre service. PS: I bought pressure treated 6x6x8 fence posts, screws, and galvanized hardware for 2x4s. All which were available (same name brand) at big box store located 5 minutes from my house. Big box 10% more affordable. I am sure these guys are top notch, maybe because it was the time of day and I am just a DIY and not a big contractor.
