But I was impressed with the beauty of this mall and the cleanliness of the streets. There were many stores and eateries to visit. The architecture was super cute and put me in mind of a little village. At the Coach store, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and I even received a 10% off discount after telling the cashier it was my first visit with them. There was a bigger selection here than what was at my store back home and the value at the Coach store is always worth the cost, depending on what's purchased. Biloxi is always a fun trip and I would visit this outlet again for my shopping needs when I return.

They recently built few electric charging stations in north east end of the outlet. A few new stores have opened and few stores have closed but still have the signs up. A little misleading. I was baffled when I walked into Bloomingdale's outlet. I thought I made a mistake. That would explain why they have a few food trucks on south side of the outlet. They also renovated the playground. I am not sure if they expanded it too? Please let me know? They do offer free Wi-Fi. I am not sure how the speed is? Definitely worth checking out if you are looking for a good deal! While the staff were friendly, I was not a fan of the setup. There was a huge selection of brands and styles, but the good glasses were all locked in cases. I didn't want a cheap pair so I had to get someone to unlock the case and wait while I tried on several different pair. This was a long and tedious process because the salesperson had to carefully remove and replace the glasses I wanted to try, plus hover near the case so no one would snatch glasses. I ended up getting frustrated and leaving without a purchase. The employees were really wonderful, but I prefer an environment where I can pickup any pair I want and try them on immediately. I guess their method prevents theft, but it is frustrating for the consumer.

After showing up I told the woman working behind the counter that one if my pairs of Ray Bands were bent thanks to a careless friend borrowing them. They supposedly reordered my lenses; I realized later that the woman from the back office never even asked my name. I called after about 3 weeks, talked to someone and she put me on hold. Never came back, after about 10 mins. hung up on me. I called back and talked to Bryan and my glasses couldn't be found. Bryan said he would call me back. He did not. I called the next day and was told they contacted the lab and they were backed up. They supposedly remade my lenses and would let me know when they came in. After about a week I was told to come get my glasses and turns out, they never even sent the lenses off at all. These are the same glasses, bifocal in the same place and I can't even use them at all. My part $250 down the drain.
