We initially did our trial with Stella and were sold on her combination of approachability but also discipline. Jane has since become our primary piano teacher. I think it can be challenging to have children do something week after week but Jane is an enthusiastic, loving cheerleader of your child's progress. I also really appreciate that she holds her students to a high standard, emphasizing technical aspects of piano that I think are harder to master for young kids but will ultimately set them up for success. Also, there are tickets given out at the end of each class which can later be exchanged for small gifts and works as a sort of background reward process to keep kids coming back! We've had a great experience so far and hope to enroll our second kid in the upcoming years.

My rack was old and falling apart and it was so disorganized and my cymbals weren't that professional and my drum heads needed to be changed. Darren helped me with all of it. He replaced the heads, tuned them, helped me with getting better symbols setting up my Tom Tom mounts on my bass drum so I could have all my drums in a smaller configuration. It is amazing. No call and no one answered the phone so I went in Sunday afternoon to get it. It was sitting in a store room untouched. The front desk said the repair guy is not in again until Tuesday but promised me a call with an update. Again NO CALL and no answer when trying to avoid a 20 min drive to the store just to check in. Why can't anyone answer the phone?! Day 5 of them having the guitar, Drove in again Tuesday night to check on the guitar. Jack was still loose, worse than before and totally unplayable now and no evidence of it getting restrung. Took my guitar and left. What a joke, what do you pay your repair guy to actually do? Guitar is now in worse shape than when I took it in since he loosened the jack even more to inspect it. Thanks for damaging my guitar. I would call and report this to a manager but again, no one answers the phone. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
