This review breaks my heart to write. The artist that did both of these tattoos is sadly no longer with us. She passed away shortly after giving me and my sister one of the most meaningful pieces of art I have on my body. I will forever be grateful for Kelly Fink, her amazing talents and her kind heart. The world truly lost an amazing person and my little sister lost one of her best friends. I only knew Kelly for a very short time, but her character LIT UP every room she entered and you immediately felt like you were apart of her family. Tyler and front desk lady (feel horrible, didn't get her name) are the best. In from out of town, got my nose pierced. Super quick, friendly, and very professional. Made me feel comfortable and I HATE needles. To top it off, we called an Uber to take us to next destination. i came in because i had my nose piercing fall out and couldnt get it back in, and he (didnt get his name, sorry) was super helpful and quick about it. he didn't charge anything for it, and i only had a dollar in cash on me to tip, which i feel super bad about. hopefully this makes up for it lol read more

Back in April I had my nose pierced at The Music Box by Tyler Berry. Everyone was courteous and professional, and the shop is clean and fun. Tyler was very thorough in explaining aftercare for my piercing, and he was happy to answer all of my questions * I had a lot * I have had almost all my piercings done at The Music Box and each experience has been wonderful. I would recommend the shop to anyone interested in a professional, safe and knowledgable piercer. This place was a very uncomfortable place. The staff was rude and was in such a hurry to get me out of there. They made my company that was with me leave the whole building while I got my piercing. They did not even let them stay and wait in the lobby while I got my piercing. They also have people tip them mandatorily even if their service was not accommodating. read more

Very good service and were the nicest and cheapest shop I went to the day I got my tattoo. Worked with me on how I wanted my quote which I got on my shoulder other places I went to earlier that day were telling me how I had to have it done instead of listening to what I wanted. Good art, but WHAT A RIP OFF. They wanted $150 for a 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" black and white piece with minimal fill work. Gimme a break! And it's not like they're overcharging just to get their money's worth out of a small piece; I had three other people with me wanting the same thing-- we wanted to make sure they could make plenty and not waste their time on us. We even said so. Their prices are absurd. It's a shame, too, because the lady that runs the Music Box shop is really cool. I would love to give her more business, but dayum! read more

My friends and I went in for piercings at 8 o'clock on a Saturday night. There were 7 of us and the piercer had a big attitude and said he could pierce 2 of us because his ride would be there in 20 minutes. Really??? The other lady that worked in there offered him a ride home and he still wouldn't do it. I don't think I would've wanted him to pierce me anyway because he didn't look very clean. We went to another shop on canyon drive and they were AWESOME! Super friendly, clean, and wanted our business. I won't go back to the music box. read more

This place isn't bad. I went in the other day for a piercing. They were clean and the kid at the counter was really cool. The piercee, Tyler, was really good. He worked fast and painlessly. He did have a bit of an additude so i didn't tip, which i normally would have. I've talked to other people and they have all had similar interactions with him. I'm sure hes a good person and all that good stuff, but being more friendly in a job where you're getting really personal with people... It just goes a long way and would have been really appreciated. I likely won't go back there for piercings, but thats just me and you shouldn't not go there just because I was made to feel uncomfortable. But you know, it's super cheap and you get what you pay for. I might go back to get a tattoo though, but well see. read more

Worst shop ever! The so called "Artists" could barely draw worth a crap, front counter help was rude and unhelpful, the shop itself was falling apart and looks like it hasn't been cleaned in ages! A lot of very unsanitary and unsatisfactory action taking place here. The health department should come in quick before someone ends up sick. Between the poor quality of work done here and the filthiness of the shop you'd probably be better off getting tattooed out of someone's kitchen before ever stepping foot into this disaster. My advice to anyone looking to get a good quality tattoo or piercing: Check out the portfolios before ever letting anyone attempt to tattoo or pierce you. This place is a true disgrace and I hope it gets shut down quick before infecting any more paying customers with poor quality work. read more
