I was so flustered from drivers services and rushing to keep my appointment. Anyway, his badge said he was in training, but he seemed to know what he was doing. I was having trouble figuring out how to email a document from my phone (why is it so hard to find a downloaded doc???) But he calmly took my phone and did what needed to be done...or so we thought. He coached me through taking a screenshot of the document and that worked. He was patient and kind while I was at max stress. Everyone working there seemed to be in good spirits and friendly.
