We lost thousands of dollars in expenses from using Warehousing Pro. I am at a loss to understand how any other small businesses are able to turn a profit with using Warehousing Pro. Pro's: - They have good customer service reps and they mean well - My manual B2B orders were processed within 1-2 days. Con's: - You are never provided details for the man hour charges. It impossible to understand what you have been charged for, it is pretty much an open checkbook. - They will charge you for customer service as man hour's, even if it is their mistake and have short shipped something - They take minimum 3 days to fulfill a website order (How can a small business remain competitive with the typical SLA 1-2 days in the industry) - Our shipment's of less than 1lbs were costing us each time $10-13 to ship out.
