It was super busy, but he provided GREAT customer service and answered questions of anyone that inquired about rates, box sizes etc. He gave me the proper size box and ensured all of my information was correct. Store is very clean and well organized. One staff member had loss her Mom that morning but she was still working and providing great service. Service requested was to send my box of conference goodies home. It is due to arrive via ground shipping and the price was moderate. Service request was met and I must say this is one of the most well-run hotel locations I've EVER encountered. Bravo!

I stopped in around 3 to pick it up and was told the package was delivered but still in the mail room. I was told just to come back by 5 to pick it up. I was there for 10 min until five, and the clear door was dropped. I saw the two employees in the office, one resting her head on the deck, the other on her phone. I knocked until 5 with three other customers, while they ignored us-no acknowledgment or communication. So incredibly rude of those two employees. Do you want to close early? Is something broken? Fine, I can accept that; please communicate that with the customer in your CUSTOMER FACING ROLE. Mark, who has been working with our team, has been absolutely wonderful. The other two employees should take notes from him.

Most of my visits are for Amazon returns, which never take more than a moment or two to process. Service is hit or miss, never bad, but not always the most pleasant. They are helpful and for the most part friendly. Parking can be a bit tough as the spaces in front of the store front are limited, and the entry to the main road it mere feet from the front door, making for a tough time when people are whipping in and out. It's a duplex with a fence around it. You just have to lift up the handle and push the gate open and they also claimed that my dogs were in the yard when my dogs have been inside all day and I've had my front door open all day and not a single person has come by my house to deliver my package and it has my shoes for work and I have to be to work at 9 PM. And all they can tell me it'll be delivered again tomorrow how's it gonna be delivered again when they never attempted to deliver in the first place!
