I contacted the seller for a refund but he was rude and very unhelpful. He lied multiple times to me throughout the process. Finally he offered to refund for 2/3 of the expense, minus all processing and shipping fees. This was unacceptable. Now I have to pay a luthier $150 to fix this "mint" guitar.
