Fast forward to 2022, and I'm disappointed, took the same saxophone in to get a few problems fixed and a quick once over, played this instrument almost everyday for 5 years and knew it inside and out, was billed for work that I had no idea was needed/problems that never were a problem for me. The best part is the only problem I knew was present wasn't fixed, I mean you come here expecting your instrument to be fixed. To add insult to injury, my brother needed a simple fix on his sax, it was returned broken after something was knocked around and never checked to make sure everything was working. I'm very sad I have to post this but I noticed all the reviews are older and not a proper reflection of the current quality of work.

A girl greets me and says it's going to be a few minutes if I want to look around As I am waiting she pulls out every album and checks them. A few minutes later this dude looks through my albums. She says to the other employee "most of them look okay" He Hands one back to me and offers me $5. I was so confused and responded I don't know what you're talking about I'm just trying to buy these. They both apologized and looked shocked. Then when she rings me out she charged me $1 for the .25 cent record he refused to take! He appraised some gold jewelry I brought it to sell. He carefully examined each piece and gave me very fair prices for everything. He was very meticulous in reviewing each piece. I had Greg resize my wedding ring. I just picked it up a few days ago and the workmanship was amazing! It looked better than it had 30 years ago! Also for a very reasonable price. Estate Jewelers exceeded my expectations and I can't say enough good about that establishment and salesman Greg.

They also cleaned and tightened the stones in one of my rings and did beautiful work on it. While I was there, we spoke about family, food, shared friends and acquaintances. This is an outstanding "gem" of a local business that I will gladly go out of my way to patronize.
