I think the faculty looks so nice, I decided to try again. The second time, was also Friday- Sunday. I reviewed with the check in girl , for my dog to be fed 3 times a day, he also had printed instructions in his backpack. Plus his food has instructions printed on it. I even called on Saturday to see if they had questions. I picked him up on Sunday evening and he was returned with all of his Sunday food. they hadn't fed him since the night before... they only fed him once at night.. all of his food. They need a better or any kind of system to feed these dogs, or I have been extra unlucky twice.

The service is excellent and the staff is very knowledgeable about the product they sell. When I inquired about dog grooming they told me their groomer was not accepting any more clients. I was given a list of local groomers and a recommendation of which one might be a good fit. I really appreciated their commitment to the community and for helping me find the perfect groomer.

I told her I not to worry I wouldn't come back and I would let other people know never to bring any of their pets there. She didn't like our standard, seemed to be afraid of him. He can be vocal during grooming but has never been a problem. So I've been driving 3 hours (each way to take them to our previous groomer). For a couple of reasons we missed our last appointment so we took a chance with Petco Wausau. Kia did an amazing job with Po and she had no issues with him. Our mini, Daisy, looks great too!
