Hi! I went to the Tamarac location once and one if the staff members was rude. I tried the Hollywood location today, I was out of meds as of last night, I was too tired after work to stop by since the closest dispensary is at least 30 min from my work. So I looked online and saw the MUV in the Hollywood location opens at 9am. I have to be at work a half hour west of there by 10am so I went this morning to pick up my pre order at 9:00am and the doors are locked. The door says opens at 9:00-am same as online so I call and they tell me that open at 9:30am. I drove a half hour out of my way and now out of meds for a full day until 8:00pm tonight when I get out of work. I will certainly NOT ever go back to MUV again!!!! read more

The establishment is nice and well kept, very much like any other dispensary around town. The guys are very nice and helpful and the selection of flower is usually decent. The oils, I would stick with sunnyside. I've yet to find something I loveee from MUV and it seems like I won't find it since today I found out they work under "all sales are final". I got a product that was priced much better in a different presentation, but I only found out myself after paying for my stuff with the help of one of the guys. When I told the guys the other presentation was a better deal they defaulted to "all sales are final". I am a regular customer coming from Trulieve trying to find my next go to and MUV will definitely not be becoming it. My recommendation is be 100% sure of what you want yourself because the bud tenders although very nice, will upsell you rather than give you more clear line of sight into the deals they got. one star because i opened a defective item in the parking lot and immediately brought it in and was gas lit by the manager after the initial employee acknowledged the goo on it. manager said I was scraping it and somehow that's why resin was oozing out of the side? I get it some times products are defective but don't try and tell me I broke it by scraping the goo that's oozing out onto my finger nale to show you. just a warning they will gaslight you if they feel like it read more

Was surprised to find that this new location opened a week ago! It is significantly closer to my house than Deerfield. When i first walked in, I was greeted by the kindest people. Mindy was the friendly receptionist at the front that smoothly checked me in. Abby, Jose, Shaviek, Michael, and Marshall were very kind and knowledgeable about the products and gave me lots of recommendations that I will be taking into consideration in the future. Additionally, the interior is so beautiful! It was a smooth transaction and overall awesome experience. Just not sure about this location. Deerfield always points me in the right direction. I took a chance on some FL Triangle at low THC % they told me it had 4.5% terps!!! So I gave it a try, I'm so disappointed I wasted money on it. The Ice cream cake has way more flavor, it's hard to believe that this was 4.5% terps. I'll make the trip to Deerfield... no need to help, I'm not looking for anything but good bud. I would stop pushing your special menu on people to get rid of old product. My experience at Muv Tamarac has been.All staff are always friendly and kind and knowledgeable, and staff makes you always feel welcome. I have been to every dispensary in Tamarac, and for me, this store meets both 5 star customer service and 5 star medicine. I have been to this Tamarc Mur dispensary 6 or more times and have at least a dozen deliveries frum MUV. As a result my experience with Muv, they are my first chice of medical weed stores. Again my experience about the sales people at all the dispensaries I have visited (a total of 6 stores} is theh\y all have the same range of generally pleasant and helpful prsonality styles. The biggest diference according to me is Muv generally has slightly more potency. read more
