So I looked online and saw the MUV in the Hollywood location opens at 9am. I have to be at work a half hour west of there by 10am so I went this morning to pick up my pre order at 9:00am and the doors are locked. The door says opens at 9:00-am same as online so I call and they tell me that open at 9:30am. I drove a half hour out of my way and now out of meds for a full day until 8:00pm tonight when I get out of work. I will certainly NOT ever go back to MUV again!!!!

When I told the guys the other presentation was a better deal they defaulted to "all sales are final". I am a regular customer coming from Trulieve trying to find my next go to and MUV will definitely not be becoming it. My recommendation is be 100% sure of what you want yourself because the bud tenders although very nice, will upsell you rather than give you more clear line of sight into the deals they got. Also, missed the opportunity to use a coupon with the purchase I made also, only found out after making it.
