We then asked about custom work and send some additional photos over. Said no problem and gave us a quote of $1300 (in the meantime they had sent someone by to take measurements). He originally told me they were three weeks out. I told him if there was anyway to get the work done in two that would be amazing. Said they would try but couldn't guarantee. They showed up today (almost two weeks earlier than originally quoted...when does that happen?!?!) with the custom railings and had them installed in under and hour and a half by very nice and professional guys. He meets with the crew off and on throughout the day. We sit down for coffee weekly to discuss change orders, status of project and review questions. There was great up front communication in reviewing what I wanted to do, and we came up with a plan for purchasing materials and having him do the project. Note this was more of a custom job with pre-determined kits from a retailer, so not a typical project he's worked on, but he assured me multiple times that he could do the project with no issues. Unfortunately, once he started things took a turn. The instructions weren't followed, measurements were off, permit wasn't pulled, and there were multiple other issues that came up that resulted in me having to fire him and hire someone else. We did come up with an exit agreement in terms of fixing repairs and covering damages which was much appreciated. If you're looking for general fence repair, and/or a standard fence install, I would recommend. Just make sure you do you homework, sign a contract, and ensure permit is pulled.

Due to a recent hailstorm, we needed to have our roof replaced. After interviewing several roofing…read morecontractors, we chose eRoof to perform the work. Their representative, Garret H., presented a thorough plan for completing the work, assured us that he would coordinate with our insurance company as much as we required, and had a plan that would get the work done in just a few weeks. The eRoof bid was also in-line with other bids we had received to do the work. At the same time, we decided to upgrade our gutter system, which was the original one from 1959. The new system we chose included a cover to eliminate the need for gutter cleaning. We also needed to fix our chimney cap, which was falling apart in large chunks. eRoof also gave us competitive pricing for both projects and integrated that work into the overall work plan. The chimney cap replacement was completed first. That work began on a Monday and was finished the next day. The roof replacement happened on Friday, and the gutter system was hung the following Monday. All of the work was completed in an 8-day span. Throughout the process, Garret H. worked closely with our insurance adjuster to ensure that the new roof system met the current code requirements, with the insurance company agreeing to pay for the additional underlayment called for in the code regulations. The work crews were professional, courteous, and respectful of our property. The cleanup left the grounds in good condition. In conclusion, we are very pleased with the results in all three cases - the roof, the gutter system, and the chimney cap. We had major patchwork to be done on my ceilings from holes and water damage, as well as some patchwork on my walls. They look as good as new now...actually better because they removed the popcorn from the ceilings and finished them with knockdown and fresh paint! I've seen bad knockdown before but my knockdown looks really nice! They were very professional and DEPENDABLE! The bid was reasonable and they met the timeframe we discussed. They were all very personable and cleaned up well each day and after the project was complete. They even power washed their white footprints off my front steps and sidewalk!
