MVP wash-n-fold is an A OK place to do your laundry. It sure beats spending a large fortune doing offsite laundry at the hotel. The location is convenient enough for me to drive myself and spend about an hour here doing some chores. Parking is abundant and I never had to wait for a machine as there are plenty. One large suggestion I can make is to have plenty of quarters with you (go to a bank and get a roll of quarters if you have to). There are some reviews mentioning bills and/or quarters being eaten up in the change machines. One of the dryers ate a quarter of mine and I promptly moved to a working one. Drop the quarters in slowly and one at a time to avoid losing $. Aside from that, my clothes were returned in a very clean and dry state. They have boxed detergent and dryer sheets in the vending machine. Costs for the smallest two load machine is $4.50 and dryers are $1.50 for 30 mins of drying time. They also do wash and fold but it requires scheduling in advanced. They have a restroom here as well. read more

Alright, I came despite seeing reviews about not having staff on site and I'm out $3.75 because of it. This machine's door sensor was broken, but we didn't know it because it won't show this "door" warning until you put the money in. I loaded up 2 blankets and only one machine worked after lots of jiggling and pushing the handle. I tried contacting the business via the website and I got an error message. Wonderful. read more

Floor dirty and spent $6.50 on 1 load. If you have a medium to large load you may want to consider a different facility. There was not enough water to fully submerge and soak my load. Located in the heart of downtown Frisco. Recently updated with new washers/dryers. Very clean facility. I went here for the first time to wash my California King sized comforter. One commercial sized washer for king sized comforters and other oversized items($7 per load); 4 medium sized washers($5 per load); 11 regular sized washers($3 per load); 9 top loading washers($2 per load); and 16 large dryers ($1 per load). Two small flat screen tv's (one with kids programming and the other on regular channel for adults). Soda/Snack machine. I docked a star because there's no outlets to charge your phone or other electronic devices, so make sure they're charged up beforehand. It's definitely not the rundown laundromat that you would expect. read more

This place was very clean there was no one there so it was easy to get in and out. It's a little on the small side but I figure most people in Frisco own washer and dryers. The only problem I had is that it was overpriced on all the machines by a dollar to $2. I called the owner before I got there and never return the phone call. I learned about this place via Yelp. I've been in Frisco/McKinney working for a little over a week and needed to get my laundry done. They have wash and fold either mentioned in another review or their site. Here are a few observations on wash and fold. * You have to make an APPOINTMENT to get wash and fold. * There is nobody on site that works here, he may be there but not visable. * This place is new and nice. * The owner is very friendly and will work with you. * I had to get in touch with the owner about picking up said wash and fold. * He gave me the option of folded or hung button down shirts. (It's nice but I'd prefer folded to pack in my suitcase). He suggested hanging so I went with it. * My clean clothes were put back into the laundry bags from my hotel that I had transported them in (dirty). I'm kind of weird about that. * My hung clothes were relatively wrinkled. Kind of defeats the purpose of paying for someone else to do it. I just want to point out that my experience wasn't negative. Just not what's to be expected. The owner, Marques, is very friendly and easy going and seemingly is doing this as a more hands off thing and probably new to the arena of laundry mats. Literally the only laundromat in Frisco. $2 for a standard washer, $3 for double, $.75 for 24 minutes in the dryer. Place is fairly clean, very well-lit, small but I haven't had a problem finding open machines. Owner was very helpful when a machine took my money. Horrible experience. Call me a spoiled brat but this was my first time here because my washer just recently went out. Before I came I looked up the prices to estimate how much money to bring the website said washers started at $2.00 and dryers started at $.75. NEITHER ARE TRUE. Washing starts at $4.00 and drying is $1.25. Upon entering the place looks like an ordinary laundry mat maybe a little cleaner. The $4 washers say they are double loads but my king size comforter did NOT fit. Next I moved to the $6 washer which not only didn't work but also didn't have a sign on it either. I called Misty the manager to let her know and see about getting my money back. She immediately had an attitude. She precedes to tell me she was just here and the washer wasn't working and there was a sign on it. I informed her there was no sign otherwise I wouldn't have used it. Then she ask me what I wanted from her...dip-wad a refund. When she arrived she saw me then made the remark she thought I was calling to get free washes and her attitude suddenly turned for the better. While she was a lot nicer to me I cannot get over the fact that she was disturbingly rude to the Mexican customers spending A LOT of money there. She wouldn't say excuse me, or even show them any respect. After that long review laundry mat is way to expensive, they falsely advertised low prices, and the owner had so much built up racism it was DISGUSTING. read more

My dryer broke on me in the middle of doing 6 loads of laundry so I didn't have a lot of options. I did, however want a place that wasn't in a sketchy area. This place fit the bill. It was very clean and well kept and right In the middle of Frisco's quaint downtown area so there were a lot of good shops and restaurants in walking distance. The washers and dryers are also well kept and efficient. They have medium load ($3.50 for front load, $2.00 for top load), large load ($6.00) and extra large ($8.00)capacity washers. It's $1.00 to dry for 20 minutes and the dryers are VERY large. But the best part about this place is the owner Marques. He's easily accessible via phone if you have any problems. I got shorted $1 by the change machine and he offered me a free load for the trouble. How awesome is that?! read more

I go to Laundromats to wash comforters, rugs, etc., and this establishment is by far, the cleanest and well-kept Laundromat I've been to.

I went in as soon as possible. They say last wash is at 8pm and I arrived at 8:04pm. They close at 9pm but I know the wash takes 22 minutes and the dry takes 24 minutes. Be prepared to deal with scumbags who do the bare minimum and only care about their own time. I was turned away because these guys want to make sure they're on their couches as soon as humanly possible. Instead of worrying about throwing paying customers out, they should be concerned the overflowing trash falling out of every trashcan. Terrible business. Website says that it's open at 7am. Got up early on a Saturday to be there by 7am. Waited an hour and still wasn't unlocked. Called the phone numbers listed and no answer. I heard from the owners around 9am and they had every excuse you can think of, but it boiled down to they slept in. They said it was a fluke and they urged me to come try again (with no incentive- a good business owner would at least offer me one free wash), but we tried again on Monday. NEVER should have- same thing, got up early, arrived by 7am, sat around, no one there to open the business. Change your advertised hours if you cannot be responsible enough to be there, please! CUSTOMER BEWARE AND DO NOT GO IN THE MORNING HOURS! NOT AT ALL DEPENDABLE! They know how to contact me in order to make this right, but I doubt they will do anything given the track record. read more
