This is a laundromat. While you can tell it has seen better days, I see some effort from the owners to add signs and clarify. The card system is outdated and should be retired to accept tap to pay on the machines. The fee you're charging and then locking up endless amounts of small change on cards for the people to carry around isn't worth the effort. As a business, make the change. Further more, every other machine is broken. Who ever your maintenance agreement is with, switch to a new vendor. You shouldn't have more than one or two machines down at a time. I counted 14 while I was. That's lost business and on a weekend. The signs clearly have been up for a while leading me to believe the machines are being repaired poorly and damaging customers clothes which is what I see is called out in other reviews. I hope you're fixing the machines properly any time they break. The place is really directly. The floors are filthy. I came first thing on a Saturday morning and you can tell no one cleaned this place in years, let alone the night before. There is cakes of dust and debris on the floor. I was worried to drop anything out of machine risking it would touch the floor and I'd have to rewash it. Take down all the cheap paper signs and redo the bulletin boards. Have coffee somewhere in the vending machines. Do a coat of fresh trim paint to clean up all the damage. Remove the broken machine chairs in the kid area. Make that your coffee bar. read more

This laundromat was chill. I brought 2 rugs one large one medium. I had to get a laundry card for 0.75 cent deposit. I haven't been to a laundromat in so long so I put $10 on the card but the washer I needed was $9. I wasn't sure it would get out all the grime off my washable rug but once I took it out of the dryer it was clean and had ZERO dog hair. The dryers were 0.25 cents for 5 mins and I needed about an hour for my rugs. So overall I paid $24. I came on a Tuesday afternoon and it was clean and quiet there, I'd recommend going if you need to wash large items like comforters and stuff, but I did see a lot of people washing their clothes as well in the smaller washers which were $6 a load. read more

It's Sunday, after a big storm that blocked out power in the area. Cammie showed up on time with a great attitude. The money card machine was down due to the power outage and she handled it perfectly. a few minutes later both card machines were down. she was graciousas she explained to each person that walked in about the issue before they started loading machines. The owner is on the way to reset the machines, meanwhile he has a great employee handling the problem. read more

The facilities were dirty & the machines unkempt. We witnessed one gentleman complaining because one of the dryers had burned his towels. The place wreaked with a smoky odor, and we could see burn marks on one of the towels. We had the opposite problem, as our dryers took an unnecessary amount of time to dry our clothes. read more

Update 1/3/18 I do have to admit it was a better experience to go back. It was warm, cozy and they have the password now for their WiFi, which is nice to have while you wait on your laundry. Came back to use their commercial washers and dryers for heavy duty coats and comforters. Prices are fair and location is convenient. Staff guy is very nice and friendly and always available when you need help or have a question, he jumps on it. I did not get his name, but he is Latino sticky young man. The ONLY thing I did not enjoy when I was there, was a few people came in with a basket the size of TX & with a funky moldy smell. Like how long do you wait to do laundry? I have been to this laundromat twice and will not go back. They have several sizes of new washers and dryers however the first time I went I counted 8 washers and 2 dryers out of order. This week there were at least 6-7 more washers (in addition to the ones I counted two weeks ago) with out of order signs on them. It's a busy place, I can't understand why management would want their customers to have to wait for a washer if they have the equipment right there. If management can't keep their business in top working order, then I can conclude that he/she is not too invested in helping the customers. Also, the floor was dirty, appeared it had not been swept lately. I asked the lady in the 'office' why all the out of service machines just said it's the manager's problem. Ya think! We travel in an RV so I've waited in my share of laundromats in the last several years. A lot of them have dropped using quarters for digital payment, using Apple Cash or debit card, which I like. This business uses a machine that gives you a prepaid card with the amount you choose. IMO a bummer if you get stuck with leftover funds. I had to go to the laundromat since a knob on my dryer broke and wouldn't work. Until I got it repaired, I visited here twice. The laundromat was fairly clean and the worker was helpful when I was trying to get the card to use the machines. There is a charge for the charge and no refunds. I loaded $5 because I only needed to dry clothes and knew I'd have to return prior to repair of my dryer. I didn't have any issues with the machines. They even have tv's inside for those waiting. I noticed a kids area and a restroom which looked pretty clean as well. They also provide laundry services where you could drop-off your items but I didn't utilize that so I cannot speak to those services. Both visits were good. I normally go to Red's up the street but this place was more convenient given an errand I had to run. If I could give them 1 star I would what a ripoff!! I needed to wash an oversized blanket. I needed to wash my king size comforter ASAP so that a spill stain didn't set in. I round this place on a google search and was very pleasantly surprised. It was very clean, not crowded and well maintained. It was very cool in the inside (air conditioning). You pay for your load using a prepaid card you get there. My comforter had plenty of room in the large drum washer and it took 23 minutes to wash. To dry in the big dryer, 20 minutes. For entertainment, you'll find a vending machine for snacks and beverages, 2 televisions with sound, a cute little kid zone area and the location in in the same plaza as a Little Caesars pizza shop and package store. One star is being generous here. This place was totally filthy. Garbage was everywhere on the floor on the tables. The folding tables were dirty. So many machines were out of order. The windows were dirty. Whoever owns this place/works here appears not to really care. There are FAR too many machines marked "out of order! It's ridiculous! This has been the case for the 5 weeks I've been coming here. No repairman in sight and seems only additional "out of order signs" have been added. Mostly the washers, and now one on the dryer wall too. Loading your "card" with too much wash money isn't smart here, because when all machines are full one will need to find a different laundromat. I counted 30 total washers, 9 out of order. 30% of their machines are not available! The rest are being used by customers and a had full are being used by staff. read more

My clothes were thrown out of the dryer by the worker (he was African American). He was nice and attentive to the people but as soon as I left for 26 minutes while my clothes dried he threw them into a basket and they were put off to the side WET. So I don't even know if my clothes finished drying I'm sure he just took them out. I'm pregnant and I literally ran next door... I did not expect my clothes to be taken out wet and plopped onto a cart. They had about 15 dryers open and he said he needed the one I was using on the END. read more

I have been coming to this laundromat every week (twice a week) for the past few weeks. It's very clean compared to other laundromat I have been to, and I don't worry about my clothes in the machines. All the machines work very well! I love the different variety of washers, and I love how cheap the dryers are. I took off one star just because they could wipe the place down more often (the tops of the machines and the floors and such), but I would definitely recommend coming here. read more

Great price, great product and GREATEST service!! I used there drop off service - that includes washing, drying, folding and shrink wrapping- ALL for just $1.25 a .lb!! They use the same detergent that I use, asked for any special instructions! The gentleman that helped me was very thorough and thoughtful. This will be our go to for anything laundry related! Bogus Laundromat. I visited this laundromat when they had their grand opening sometime in 2016 and at that time received a $5 pre-loaded complimentary Laundry Card. After that, never got opportunity to use it. 2 years down, during Spring cleaning, found the Laundry card and went to this Laundromat on March 06, 2018 to use it. When I tried to use it, I was told by the attendant (Named "Austin") that the card is not acceptable at this place and he was patronizing with me that he was "Sure" this is not a valid card for sure despite being himself working only since last few months @ this place when I asked him. His overconfidence in answers and flamboyance makes me wonder whether he is good fit to handle this job in the first place. Anyway, so next comes the most toxic part of my experience. I asked this guy Austin to provide me a business card of the manager or the owner and he gave me the most stupid reason to deny both of them. He told me "Manager does not like Calls from customers" & "Owner hasn't provided the number to the staff"? Dude, are you kidding me or what? What, you think I am "Sucker" like or a dumb person? I immediately knew he was BSin so I asked him to contact his Manager from his end. Guess what method he used to call his manager. He used "SNAPCHAT" to call the manager? That manager in return asked him to provide me an EMPTY new laundry card...Yes you heard that right: EMPTY card...I wonder what they were thinking. Like What: saving me 75 cents deposit on the freaking plastic card? No Thanks! This overall Snapchat communication sums up the professionalism of this place. And the manager who does not have attitude to face the customer and answer the queries is not fit to be a manager in the first place. Lets get that out straight here. While, this is not about $5 or money for that matter, it is more about customer service and listening to customer's points without poking with bogus feedback and making yourself look dumb. I do not believe they bother about customers or their hard earned money or business for that matter. All they care it seemed was to extract money from customers using whichever method and whichever talks they have. Guess What: You are talking to a highly educated and professional person here boss. Needed a laundromat to wash my duvets as a residential washer and dryer isn't large enough. Their washers range from 3x to 6x one basket of laundry. I used two of their biggest ones (probably not necessary for one duvet each) and it was $7. Dryers cost $.25 but depending on the size, the run time varies. Overall, the equipment ran well, it was relatively clean, and I'd utilize this place again. It was a little crowded but expected for a Sunday afternoon. I rated it 3 stars because one of the washers ran perfectly, but the second washer had a "slow fill error" and took about 15-20 minutes longer then the first washer. So 50% of the washers I used had an error. :( read more

Washer was waiting for a part so forced to locate laundry facility. Checked out 2 in my area can't believe there not well maintained. I called Wash Zone and was delighted that Lenny picked up phone. Only after a few minutes of answering some questions I had about services I knew this was the place, he was very professional and informative. I showed up within the hour he gave me a tour showed me how to use the laundry card which I liked and the description of the machines for my use. I found the facility to be clean, organized plus roomy. I went on early Friday afternoon. If needed I will definitely return to location which is 11 miles from my home thanks to Lenny. read more

Super unhappy. Not from the area and called the day before. Told for same day service bring by noon and it's $1.25 per lb. I get thee and the guy "Lenny" tells me it's $1.75 per lb. I informed him what I was told and he said that price was next day not same day. He looks on their website and it doesn't say same day price difference which he aknowledges but continues to argue with me about price. He agrees rudely to honor it but I have to pick up late and then continues to berate me about how I must not have heard right. After that I was uncomfortable leaving my laundry with this place and will choose someone else to service my clothes when I'm in the area once a week. Two thumbs down for sure read more

First time here and although it was busy they have plenty of machines! They have all sizes of washing machines for small loads to large/heavy loads. Their washers and dryers work very well and the facility is nice and clean. Their machines don't take quarters but they have laundry cards which you can easily reload in a kiosk - which is way easier than scrabbling for quarters at the end of the week! Did my first round of laundry here a few days ago. It's just opened recently and it's very clean and orderly. The daytime attendant was friendly and very helpful. The machines are brand new, there's a small area for kids, vending machines, check cashing and international money wiring services it seems. There is parking in front and back with entrances for both. The cards you buy to use for the machines can be registered to you incase you lose it. If this place stays clean, I'll keep coming here. read more

We love this place! It is clean and the service personnel are top-notch (except for Sunday evenings, but hopefully they have already gotten rid of that lame blonde, curly-haired employee and his blaring rap music). They have a really great variety of washers and two different sized dryers. Although their prices are a little steeper than most other laundromats, I think they more than make up for it in the cleanliness and the helpful service. The machines do not accept cash - they use a proprietary card that you have to purchase upon arrival and keep adding money to use. This works out OK, unless you have a circumstance that causes you to relocate and you still have money on your card, like us. We are full-time RVers and we were camped at Hidden Cove Park and Marina in Hackberry (VERY nice if you had never been, but a little hidden and out-of-the-way, so make sure you use GPS to get there - definitely worth the trip though). We decided to move to another location and now we are prohibitively far away from Wash Zone and probably will not be returning there. Except a visit to Roma's Italian restaurant next-door may make the trip worthwhile. THAT place has the best Italian food I've ever had and the prices are extremely reasonable! But I will leave that for another review. Weekends are predictably busy, so a weekday visit to WashZone is recommended. Oddly, we discovered that on Monday mornings the place was a desert wasteland and we were the only ones there. The "kid volume" can get pretty loud at times and parents seem to be completely oblivious to their kid screaming at the top of their lungs in that store. And I caught a nasty case of the flu from one woman's child several months ago - trust me, it was pretty straightforward because this kid would not stay away from us and he was hacking, sneezing, his nose is running and he had a fever. And miraculously, two days later I became deathly ill. Anyway if you like kids or you have kids, this is a good place for you because they have a nice little "kiddy corner" and lots of stuff for kids to do and a TV for them to watch. The chairs are less than comfortable here, but other than that everything is top notch. Plenty of rolling baskets for your clothes to transport from washer to dryer and plenty of tables to fold them on after their dry. I highly recommend this to anyone needing an oversized washer upon occasion or a regular laundromat for your laundry. read more
