My toe nail had grown deeply under my skin causing unbearable pain and an infection. Dr. Brieloff placed me on a medication to fight the infection and scheduled me for a procedure the following week. I was nervous because my toe hurt so pain that I couldn't imagine how he could perform on my toe without my kicking and screaming. Dr. Brieloff was able to numb my toe completely and I literally felt no pain at all! The procedure was quick, painless and my toe began to heal very quickly following the procedure. I explained the pain in my heel, and I was given an easy to understand plan of action on getting it better again. The equipment & medication instructions were explained thoroughly, (and I was given written instructions just in case I forgot). These are excellent reasons, to visit this podiatrist. Fortunately, Dr. Goldstein is one of the best doctors I've met. She is approachable, takes time to answer your questions, and talks to you like a peer. She's also good at her craft, which is always a plus. The staff here is always friendly and amiable. They have a great attitude and are always very helpful. The office is very clean and the location is very convenient. I'm not stoked that I have to see a podiatrist, but I'm very glad it's this one.

Never received a phone call so I had to call myself to be told by the secretary, my results and what he suggest I should do. No follow up, not able to answer questions but was quick to say they can make me an appointment for me to talk with the doctor. Immediately declined that because I should not have to pay another co-pay to hear my results or recommendations from the doctor that I should've received a call from . I currently have no toenail on one toe because the doctor took it off, but never told me what the next steps are or if I should just wait for it to grow back. The front desk staff are not friendly and short both in person and on the phone. One possible reason may be attributed to changes in policy by the corporation and onslaught of patients now attempting to be seen. If you're an existing patient, good luck scheduling an appointment to see your long term physician. If you were unlucky enough to lose your physician due to retirement, know that the replacement physician quit after a very short time and the practice does not have another replacement. Instead, they're essentially telling you, "Good luck" finding another practice because this one can no longer accommodate you." Do yourself a favor and quickly seek a different practice not owned by a large corporation.
