This was, without question, the worst experience I have ever had with a cleaning company. If I could give zero stars, I would. I paid for a deep cleaning service that was supposed to include the oven, cabinets, drawers, refrigerator, windows, windowsills, baseboards, sweeping, mopping, and other detailed cleaning tasks. Much of that work was either incomplete or not done at all. The oven was not cleaned, the exterior of the refrigerator and freezer were never cleaned, several drawers were left untouched, two kitchen cabinets were not cleaned, the windows and windowsills throughout the home were ignored, the fireplace and mantle were never addressed, and the bathroom baseboards were not cleaned. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Communication was extremely difficult. The cleaners seemed unclear about what services had been booked and repeatedly had to backtrack after I pointed out missed areas. Despite multiple calls to the company during the appointment, no one answered.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was also shocked by the lack of professionalism. The cleaners used worn, dirty-looking sponges in my bathrooms, did not wear shoe covers while walking on freshly cleaned floors, and expected me to provide paper towels, trash bags, and even a ladder--none of which was disclosed beforehand. I specifically informed the company that I have real hardwood floors and was assured the cleaners had the proper products to care for them. Instead, I watched them use the same cleaning solution on my hardwood floors that they used on the kitchen tile floors, which is not proper floor care. The most upsetting part of this experience was that the cleaners threw away a plant I had been growing in a Mason jar for four years. I started that plant shortly after my mother passed away, and it holds tremendous sentimental value. When I noticed it was missing, I searched the house and ultimately found it thrown away in the trash inside one of my grocery bags that had been taken from a cabinet because the cleaners did not bring trash bags. They also used and discarded my Clorox wipes, threw away some of my cleaning supplies, and discarded other personal belongings without permission. Cleaners are hired to clean, not decide what items in a customer's home should be thrown away. To make matters worse, my credit card was charged before the appointment despite being told it would not be charged until the service was completed. The cleaners ultimately packed up and left without completing the service I paid for. Overpriced, poorly managed, and far below professional standards. I genuinely do not understand how this company maintains such high ratings, and I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Update: re-cleaned my cabinets. They are awful! I'm over the limit for photos, but it was full of dirt. The deep cleaning is a scam. I came home from Vacation expecting a nice clean home only to find my sliding patio door wide open and off it's tracks, letting bugs into my home as well as leaving my home NOT secure to anyone who wanted to just walk right in and steal my belongings. Absolutely unacceptable. I am genuinely shocked at what I received for almost $400. I booked a professional cleaning service, not a single person with a tiny mop and a couple of spray bottles. I could have done this myself ... and clearly done it better. Not only did I have to provide basic supplies, which is outrageous for the price, but the job itself was poorly done. I even paid extra for an additional bathroom that was never touched. Completely insane. I chose this company instead of a cheaper family-run service that sends two cleaners AND brings their own materials because I assumed a "professional" company would deliver higher quality. Instead of paying for damages their cleaners caused, they terminated my contract. The cleaning was good most of the time. I gave them feedback when little things needed to be tweaked. I hired My Cleaning Angel for a deep thorough clean. the ladies that arrived were on time, kind and professional. they spent nearly 7 hours at my townhouse and went above and beyond in my children's rooms. other areas of the home look amazing as well. however, my issue is that for the time spent with multiple workers and for the price, everything should have been 100% hit and spotless. sadly, they missed dusting my headboard, did NOT clean the laundry room (even though they tried to tell me they did), dirt was left on my kitchen counters, my sink and faucet did not look professional at all. The floors did not look mopped either. I paid extra for green cleaners and toxic cleaners were used (very strong chemical smell). I used their services 2 times prior to booking my 3rd cleaning. What I noticed is they don't really dust. They don't move items and they just push the swifter over areas. For my 3rd booking, the first cleaner never showed up. The replacement cleaner cancelled the day of the appointment. The service told me my next cleaning was free. After the cleaning they charged me. I asked why...she said we only agreed to waive the cancellation fee....funny, because I never cancelled the service. Overall, they don't do a good job. I am shocked this service has a 4.8/5 on their Google reviews. I booked a deep clean based on this rating but deeply regret to have done so. My home was fumigated for termites. I have babies and pets so I scheduled a deep clean with this company before moving back in. 2 cleaners showed up with windex and furniture polishing, a mop and dry wash cloth. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Before booking they assured me they will use disinfectants to wipe down chemical residue from cribs and the entire home.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The 2 cleaners used a dry wash cloth to "dust" my home in the name of deep cleaning. My first cleaning experience with them was great. Used them for a move out service and it was wonderful. Second experience was a NIGHTMARE. I paid for a move in service for a new home that hadent been lived in for 8+ months. That being said, it was already clean to the naked eye- but I wanted a deep clean so when I moved in and unpacked the next day it would be ready to go. Minutes after they left I put something on the kitchen island and noticed the island was sticky and dirty. Which I thought was odd considering the cleaners left less than 2min ago. I immediately called the company. No one answered. I figured "ok, it's a big house. Maybe they missed one surface. I'll cut them some slack". So I didn't press the issue. I go to move in the next day and start to notice a lot more things that they missed: Hairs in the drawers, scum in the showers, dust on the sink countertops, spill marks in/on the cabinets, crumbs and dust in the cabinets, spill marks on the counters and down the front of the cabinets, dried pee on the toilet seats, dead bugs in the cabinets, etc. I paid $365 for a full move-in clean and it literally looked like all they did was vacuum and mop. I emailed them about my dissatisfaction and ended up getting a call. They seemed understanding at first. They offered to have the same people come out to reclean. I told them I had to clean the surfaces myself so I could unpack from my move. I wasn't going to unpack on dirty surfaces. I told them it would be a waste of everyone's time and resources for them to come back out when I had to do it myself. Please note: I even took pictures of some (not all- there was too many) of the dirty areas as proof and sent it to them. Please note this was December 17th. It is now January 5th and they are still arguing with me over email. They started off by telling me they have some policy that I automatically agree to when I use their services. Even tho I've never seen the policy, I'm told it's on their website. I informed them I called in to book both my cleanings and they told me they aren't required to tell me about the policy over the phone if I call. They like to talk about the policy a lot, and say it's in their emails. I told them it wasn't in mine and offered to forward it to them but that essentially lead to them calling me a liar and saying I'm wrong so I digress. Basically every concern I brought up I was somehow made to be in the wrong. "The customer is always right" is definitely not a business concept they remotely try to adhere to. Not once did they take any sort of responsibility for the fact the job was done unsatisfactory. Not once did they ever admit maybe they missed something and could be wrong. Every concern I expressed I was answered back with an excuse and them devaluing my complaint. My mind is blown that they'd rather argue with their customers than actually take any sort of responsibility for anything. Nevertheless actually resolve the issue. Please note- they didn't confirm a payment method either. They just automatically charged the card they had on file from my first clean. Didn't ask if it was ok to use the same method. Didn't try to confirm. Just charged it. After weeks of back and forth emails, and being consistently talked down to, they randomly reissued me $60 and told me this because I wouldn't allow them to do a "proper touch up cleaning". When I finally said fine, so the touch up cleaning then, they replied "sorry it's off the table". Later on, I used their online booking service for my needs. I opted for deep cleaning and window washing. It was technically a move in/move out but deep clean was more expensive so I went for that because I really wanted the works. The estimated time for what I selected was 9 hours of work. The worker was here for 4 hours. When I said this in my complaint on the phone, the woman said "they don't go by that." Then why is that even listed on your website??????? There's dirt, cobwebs, and dust galore. Floorboards dirty. They called me the day they came to confirm which rooms I wanted done, and they still did the wrong rooms. She did wash some dishes but I never selected that service, I wanted the focus to be on the actual home. Come move in day, I have to redo the main rooms I was worried about. They cleaned the wrong bathroom. I'm including photos. The mop bucket was after ONE MOP OF ONE ROOM, that was claimed to be clean. I'm beyond disappointed for paying $400 after a generous 21% tip. I've sent multiple emails with pics and I still have yet to hear about what reimbursement I'll receive. Thanks for nothing. Hire someone else or just do it yourself. read more

My honest advice to anyone looking for a cleaning company is to keep looking. They spent more time taking crafty photos trying to make it look like they cleaned than actually cleaning anything. I left a few bits of dirt around the house to see if they cleaned. For example in the the kitchen before they came i pured some juice, I spilled a little and naturally I would wipe it up before moving on but I knew they were coming so I left it on the kitchen counter. After 1 hpur of "cleaning" the kitchen (by cleaning i mean talking and taking photos) the juice was there the kitchen counter bone dry and still had crushed on it. I just don't understand how you call this cleaning. Also I specifically asked them to use the products I provided and instead they used thier products and stained my hard wood floor. I had to pay someone else to come and reclean the floor to remove the stains. To sum it up. stay away from these "cleaners " they aren't Angels but devils. Oh and when you complain they tell you "we have photos to show you it was cleaned " haha im sure they do. All they did was take photos of my house instead of cleaning it!! I booked this company to do a move in clean on a house I just bought. They quoted me 345 dollars for a 4 bedroom 3 bath house. I told them it was 2550 square feet and that I wanted the oven, cabinets, and fridge done as well. Final quote 345 dollars expected time 9 hours and 45 mins. 1 guy and 2 ladies showed up and asked to do a walk around. I happily gave them a tour. After I showed them around the guy says it will be 720 dollars for the whole house. I was upset to put it mildly. I drove 2 hours to meet them to get this done. I told him no way Im paying that much to clean my house. He said he could do everything they quoted for 600. Again no way. He then said for them to make nothing he could do it for 500. I was in a pinch as I traveled and had everything booked to move in the next day so I had to have them do it. Worst experience ever. Update I asked them to give me what I paid for. I was told it was not possible to clean for that amount. So in response to expectations he says below, it has nothing to do with it. I expected a 345 dollar cleaning and I didnt get it. I wanted to like this company. I liked the flexibility in scheduling as my work schedule can change and the first cleaning I received was the best I've ever had from a cleaning company. However, they started scheduling my cleaner to where she was unable to make it inside the appointment window. (They give a two hour block) When switching cleaners to someone who could come within the two hour arrival window I got two younger women in their 20s. It seemed like one was working and the other was a friend helping as she'd be on her phone a lot. But they did a nice job and stayed a little over 1hr 30 so it seemed consistent. On their website it states it's a 3 hour cleaning so I was getting 3 hours with the single cleaner & 1.5 with two. The most recent cleaning was a different woman probably more early 40s. Even though she had the same name on my appointment. Not sure if she sent her daughter the first time in her place?? She stayed for just under 1hr30, did a quick sort of wipe down, the least thorough cleaning I've ever received. I emailed the company about the 3 hour advertisement as well as why the cleaners were different. They insisted it was the same cleaner despite a clear age and body difference. I know they're in masks but still...obviously not the same person. I was told this would be forwarded to their supervisor who I requested to call me and never received any further contact from them. I also had issues with being charged for cleanings on days where the cleaner didn't perform the work. I live in an apartment where I need to let the cleaning person into my home and lock when they leave so when they weren't there I moved on with other appointments for my day. This company went from one of the best cleaners I had found to also one of the most problematic. Especially if they are unsure who was at my house and are unable to return my emails or call me to speak about it.
