Mike was great. He showed up on time, clean and professional. He couldn't install our new TV mount that day, our fault not his, but promised to return at another appt. He had some car issues and had to re-scheduled a few times but kept in contact with me as soon as he knew. (His repair man was a bit flakey with the delivery date it seemed). So when all was said and done he did one heck of a job installing the new TV mount & TV on our new tile wall, he had what he needed to do the install, parts, tools, etc. He was polite and professional taking care of our home while doing the install. Mike hung a pretty heavy chandelier on a 12 foot high ceiling for us. It was a conversion from a recessed canister light, which required the installation of a stronger fan/chandelier box in the ceiling. He showed up right on time. I was extremely disappointed in not only the work performed but also the cost charged. I hired this company to move some closet shelving from one garage on the property to another garage. They started the work on one afternoon and then left after just over an hour later with the job not even half done. Told us that they had a personal issue come up. Then didn't return for 5 days to complete the job. Charged us $85 an hour and took 6 hours to complete a job that was originally completed in 3 hours for the initial installation. Mike came over to fix some ceiling damage from an AC installation. His attention to detail and desire for perfection resulted in the perfect fix for my ceiling. He matched the rounded corners for the wallboard, great job on mud and sanding, and the paint and glaze was perfect. Mike is the type of person that shows up when scheduled. His communication on scheduling and availability is superior to most others in St George (in my experience).
