After two other service/replacement quotes on my broken AC unit for $3300 to $12,000+ (neither of which offering a guaranteed fix for the money unless I replaced my unit, btw) I was bracing myself for a hefty financial setback just in time for the holidays. I wanted one more quote because the first two technicians were wildly different in their diagnostic assessments as to what was wrong and it made sense to see if a third technician would agree with one of the other two or have a different idea. So, after a Google search, I called All-Pro and they sent a technician out within 24 hrs. Tyler McEwan, the service tech, was available much earlier than expected, which was very appreciated. He was friendly, professional, and experienced. Within 30-45 minutes, he'd reviewed my other quotes and done his own assessment. I was very impressed by how thoroughly he approached the problems the other techs had missed; coming up with the simplest and most inexpensive of solutions compared to other quotes. For a ridiculously fair and reasonable $271, he fixed my Heating and AC. I'm absolutely thrilled with how well my unit is working now. Winter is here now, not intense, but enough to have a need for heat. Woke up to a very cold house. I remembered seeing 2 new service trucks on Sunset that said ALL PRO HVAC. It was a fantastic find for us. Stopped in and was greeted by two people, Gavin and Tyler. We discussed the problems we are having. You could tell I was speaking with 2 experts. They were able to give us service in about 1 hour. How great was that! Tyler came over told us every thing he was going to do. Bottom line, he checked everything, He gave us a few options and he got our furnace back on line in 15 minutes. Our heat never worked this well. Tyler was very good with the service needed, so good we signed up for their annual service plan. Jeff Shuff from All Pro was a pleasure to work with. I had a toilet leak which I thought was coming from the bottom of the toilet. Jeff showed me that the leak was actually coming from the tank area. During a bath to shower conversion today, our installer ran into a problem with A/C pipes blocking the install. Needing emergency assistance, he called All Pro. Gavin and Tyler showed up in a half hour and did all the necessary work required to move the pipes (including some construction under the house). They masked up, were very personable, confident, explained all the issues, and got the complicated job done, working around unanticipated challenges, and cooperating with the needs of our shower installer. Jeff came out late in the evening, which I didn't expect. He found out what we needed, which was an installation of 4 new faucets. He needed to get some of the parts for the new waste pipes so said he would be back on Monday.
