Their techniques are a little different from each other but both are very effective. They took my insurance information at the 1st visit so that they could determine my coverages for continued care. 1) Even though I had a Groupon, I received notification that they billed my insurance for the visit. 2) I spoke to 2 different billing people and dropped off a referral from my Primary Care Physician. Both times, once via phone message and, upon in person follow-up, I was told they would contact me once they had the information from my insurance company. It's been about a month and I still haven't heard from them, unntil today when I received a letter letting me know how important it is for me to continue my care and insinuating that I made the decision to stop treatment.
