Their techniques are a little different from each other but both are very effective. I came to visit this office through a Groupon offer. They took my insurance information at the 1st visit so that they could determine my coverages for continued care. 1) Even though I had a Groupon, I received notification that they billed my insurance for the visit. 2) I spoke to 2 different billing people and dropped off a referral from my Primary Care Physician. Both times, once via phone message and, upon in person follow-up, I was told they would contact me once they had the information from my insurance company. It's been about a month and I still haven't heard from them, unntil today when I received a letter letting me know how important it is for me to continue my care and insinuating that I made the decision to stop treatment. Meh. I'll find another office.
