And it looks like everybody is getting the same treatment although you have different pain in different area. I honestly can't see anyone choosing to come here based on the treatment I got. It's just bed vibrations, heating pad, and muscle rub. They might but the shock thing on your back. It's cookie cutter treatment. I watched as the office staff put everybody on the beds and not properly clean them after each patient. Although no one skin is exposed they are laying on the same beds for extended periods of times they are not spraying or wiping the entire bed. Leaving towels down and all patients lay on the same towel they just wipe down the head & foot of the bed. Lastly I wasn't able to make a couple of appointments because I was using the car that was involved in the accident to get to my appointments. The office manager never asked or inquired about my situation. She rudely told me that she was going to discharge me and I would have to pay out of pocket for the service or it would go to collections. I had to remind her about customer service, patients rights, and threaten her that I would be prepared to sue before I paid out of pocket for not coming to an appointment that I communicated each time what my issue was. I had to insist on speaking to the doctor because she was adamant that she is the office manager and the only one able to address my issue. I was able to speak to the doctor who tried to back her staff until i demonstrated how I was trying to adhere to their policies but due to reasons outside of my control couldn't make it. Had no other choice but to reschedule me. If getting care from a staff that is caring, from a facility that practices appropriate sanitation and getting good customer service is important to you go some where else. This is not it!

Physical Therapy front desk receptionist in Dec2016-17 & the therapist from then was rude by…read morecalling me a liar, stating I need a script from a physician to come to physical therapy (PT) even though I gave them my post operative notes from an approved Medicare surgery. Medicare states that all "original medicare patients" do not need a script for anything except lab work or imagery. Medicares website policy on PT states: Medicare Part B (Medical Insurance) helps pay for medically necessary outpatient physical therapy. (Medical necessary means: Health care services or supplies needed to diagnose or treat an illness, injury, condition, disease, or its symptoms and that meet accepted standards of medicine.) The physical therapy centers "interpret" Medicare's statement as "only a doctor can deem it a necessity" & because PT clinics don't have "MD" credentials, you have to get evaluated by a physician outside their PT clinic for approval of PT prior to receiving treatment. I've received answers from several different customer service representatives at Medicare & their supervisors. They've stated that it's not a necessity to get a script when I: 1. Have an MRI diagnosis 2. Accomplished pre-op PT before Medicare surgery approval 3. Have the surgery approved by Medicare A physical therapist can do an evaluation after surgery & write notes to Medicare that PT is needed after my approved Medicare surgery per the "specific Medicare written guidelines". You cannot find where the necessity must be on a script from a doctor nor it has to be from a physician outside of the PT office. After an MRI diagnosis by a radiologist doctor, I had a July 2021 surgeon visit & an August 2021 physical therapist evaluation in which they both stated physical therapy is not how you treat my injury...only surgery can fix what I have... But yet the PT clinic booked PT appointments even though the injury was deemed "surgical repair only". The PT made my injury worst. Wouldn't you worry about not getting reimbursed for an injury physical therapy is clearly stated it won't help? Which means my Aug-Sep2021 physical therapy should have not been paid for by Medicare since PT was NOT "...medically necessary...". It seems as if interpretations should not include words not written. Clearly the Medicare words written does not state in what form to receive my diagnosis/injury. Which makes this companies assumptions unwarranted. But allegedly PT still has to be booked to "check a box" with Medicare because, Medicare won't pay for surgery unless you try PT 1st even if it's medically written that PT isn't medically necessary for my particular injury. So you're saying Medicare would risk injurying a patient further after 2 medical professionals tell them that PT will not only not make the injury better, but could further injure the patient? Regulations change periodically in any job & Medicare isn't any different. This office might want to keep abreast of how to write evaluations to ensure reimbursement. It just seems as if this company wants i.e. a surgeon to agree with a therapist prior to a therapist eval when Medicare only needs 1 statement from anywhere (MRI, lab work, post-op notes) diagnosing me & then have a therapist professional state how to proceed after the diagnosis.

The office is super clean and organized--it honestly helped me relax before we even got started. They even had donuts out to celebrate their soft opening, which was such a sweet and thoughtful touch. Now let's talk about Dr. Feng. He reset my neck in a way that felt amazing, and even Dr. Reza--who was assisting and very friendly--said "DAMNNNNN" when he saw it. That should tell you everything. My whole spine felt grateful. Also, I want to give a quick shoutout to Maya--who is their in-house licensed massage therapist. I didn't get a massage this visit, but it's so nice to know someone like her is part of the team. The initial consultation was by far the most thorough I've ever had. They asked real questions, listened carefully, and tailored the visit specifically to my needs. I left feeling both cared for and confident that I was in great hands. It's also worth noting that they do a physical evaluation by eye with a series of test and mobility tests, as well as a high tech one that check which side of your body carries more weight, and other things. Highly recommend. The location is super convenient--very clean and easy to find. Parking was not an issue at all, which was a nice surprise. There are spots right out front and a couple of lots just steps away, so no circling the block required. The whole team was great--friendly, attentive, and clearly knew what they were doing. I will say that the Dr I spoke to was very nice, however the first time in offered me a cupping for my back and stretch for $150 and shoe insoles for $500 with $100 coupon making it $400. Be weary of places that don't take insurance. They do not take insurance and try to sell you a plan. The adjustment I got was not very good but I admit I am generally a very tight person. However most chiropractors notice how tight I am and take their time to loosen me up before they adjust to limit the pain. If you have insurance go through a provider. Seemed like they wanted me in and out. Reminded me of a chain that worries more about upselling than the care of the patient.
