I gave written notice to terminate my agreement two months in advance, but because it fell on the July 4th holiday, they claimed I missed the 60-day window by two days and forced me to pay for an extra month. Their policies are inconsistent and customer service is rigid. They refused to handle mail for my current businesses (something they had done for years) and only accepted mail for a DBA I stopped using in 2018. On top of that, their billing practices are questionable -- when my card expired, they slapped on a "retainer" fee equal to a full month's rent, then charged me again even after promising to reverse it. Regus makes what should be simple into an exhausting, costly process. I strongly recommend avoiding them if you value transparency, flexibility, and fair treatment.

The area is tough to sit in to do some work as you get the noises and foot traffic. The decor looks as if it were renovated in the 80s. As soon as I came here, I wanted to leave. Starbucks is way better compared to this lounge. I wouldn't even rent an office here if I need to host customers or partners.
