Not just anyone can rent here, you have to have insurance, apply for a health permit, and have a management certificate. I found pro kitchen rental on-line and scheduled an appointment to tour the kitchen. It was EXACTLY what we needed. Matt and Jana were awesome to work with and the facility was nicely laid out. It was a clean facility and had all the amenities you could need with lots of counter space. The only downside was the fact that other vendors are regularly scheduled and you have to work around their times in the kitchen. It's kind of hard to find initially because it's tucked behind a business but it's easy to get into and out of. It took about 20 mins to get to the convention center. I would definitely recommend this kitchen and will use it again if we have events in San Diego that require us to cook.

Construction workers are constantly working on the place so forget about piece and quiet, after talking to the workers it seems that they're too cheap to directly address the work properly so they keep having to come back. These same workers will park in your assigned parking throughout the day. Cabinets are falling apart and the laminate is peeling right off. The bathroom exhaust fans practically don't work properly, which is a concern for mold. I highly recommend you look elsewhere for comfortable living because it won't be here!
