I spent over an hour, looking up and down aisles and doubling back to look again and asking a bazillion questions. Multiple times an employee gently asked if I needed help and gladly stayed to answer my questions or moved on if not. Omar was trapped behind a workstation so couldn't escape me, but he answered every question with a smile, and Josh was beyond helpful with walking back n forth to ascertain the drawer pull sizes I wanted and giving me the estimate. Jessie was our salesman and super amazing at helping us pick out out bathroom vanity and countertop. We love the showroom. So many different styles and products and many of them are in stock and you can pick up yourself while you are there in the showroom!!!! Our 48" bathroom vanity with a quartz countertop and sink and faucet hole was all included in the price of $1100 out the door. Disneyland of cabinets! And sinks. Mrs. Yelper gasped when we entered the place. That confirmed for me the 45 min drive from Riverside was worth it. We didn't get the leopard print sink (despite my earnest imploring) but we had plenty of other great choices. We did get a large 7 foot bathroom vanity which I will pick up. Great selection of cabinets, we browsed through multiple options, and each option had its own pamphlet on pricing and they had an entire kitchen cost comparison for reference. There were pamphlets to guide you on what to measure and how to select your kitchen cabinets. While there was nobody that offered to help us during our trip there, we weren't looking for help this time around, and we were able to navigate the store on our own. read more

As the name suggests, it's builders surplus items. You pick, you pay, they load. There were helpful employees walking around. We asked if two items were in stock. They said both were after a 5 min wait. You back into the loading bay. They open the actual box. You check the item for any defects. We found a few small spots. They attempted to remove them. Then brought out a second box. It was good to go after inspection! The whole process took an hour. We were shopping for a small bathroom vanity. The whole thing was more seamless than I expected. It's definitely no fuss,no fluff shopping. read more

Lots and lots of vanities and reasonable prices. We felt most were a little "vanilla" or not our taste. We've stopped in about 3-4 times in the last couple years, nothing has ever been just right. Prices are reasonable, but we did find our vanity elsewhere for less money (and it included a backsplash and mirror). No knocking this place... always crowded, always clean, hard to find someone on the floor to help, but SO much selection. Great place to start (or even finish). read more

Saturday, July 20, 2024: We finally purchased our linen cabinet. We waited too long and the original line was discontinued. I called Builders Surplus a while back and they informed me the same manufacturer started a new line with the same style but was a bit off color. We kick ourselves because we should have bought back then when it was available and cost a lot less. You can see an old photo with price tag. ‍. We paid a total of $800! Since it's tucked in a corner it will suffice for now. We will paint to match. The young man behind the counter, Edwin, was very friendly and set us up to pick up our purchase in the loading dock area. The gentleman working the counter in the dock area was very friendly and helpful. They always have amazing staff here. read more

Looking for reasonable pre-fabrication kitchen or vanities? Check this place out. You may have to be a little bit diligent finding for that right one but it is totally worth it. It will be an overwhelming experience since they have large selections of parts, sinks, mirrors, cabinets, etc. but it is a perfect place to customize them they way you like. There is a heavy foot traffic in the warehouse with many people like you so I felt like I came to the right place. I haven't met any staff as I was going through each aisle but it was nice seeing them helping out people who needed it. They all seemed quick and precise taking the orders, giving instructions to the customers and processing the payments. I only saw the products through online so I decided to visit one day to see them in person and I thought the time was well spent. Even though I didn't find what I want and need, I recommend this place for people who are in the middle of home renovation. They have a large parking space so you don't have to worry about the crowd. read more
