When I started to run low, I tried to refill my prescription at Walgreens, Rite Aid, and CVS, only to be told that their wholesalers were out of stock and that they should be getting more soon. On a whim, I stopped into Rubin Chemists to see if they had it in stock. Kris, the pharmacist, immediately told me the medicine had been discontinued and gave me the name of a nearly identical medication my doctor could prescribe. When I ran into trouble getting this new medication approved by my insurance, Kris walked me through every step of the approval process, called my doctor, and kept me updated daily on the status of my order. When my prescription was finally approved, I still owed nearly $100 for my medication. Kris instructed me on where I could find an online coupon, which brought my out of pocket expense down to just $10, a even lower price than what I had previously paid for the discontinued medication. I couldn't have better things to say about Rubin Chemists! They treated me with so much concern and respect, kept me informed at every turn, and really went above and beyond what I've come to expect from big chain pharmacies.
